Best it stays with the owner.
Twistee 453 Report post Posted August 23, 2022 Reading the owners question reply I think they will be keeping the car.

KwS 2425 Report post Posted August 23, 2022 To be fair though, who is the wanker that is trying to tank the listing with their super helpful reckons? The seller can list it for whatever they want.

Zadkiel 41 Report post Posted August 23, 2022 Yeah I think that pricing is more of an opening gambit by the seller.
Glacial Pace 32 Report post Posted August 25, 2022 Its been listed for at least 2 or 3 months, and its well over prices for the mileage.

The seller can drop the price if they want to move it sooner, or a buyer can enter negotiation with the seller.

How many Comp 4-dr's are there in the country? This is the second that I've ever seen.
Twistee 453 Report post Posted August 25, 2022 Is it worth the premium? Guess that's up to the market, and right now there are non comp spec versions that are turning over regularly for far less. There are plenty of people who are over extended financially trying to liquidate toys at inflated prices at present, not saying that this is the case here but it doesn't take much of a look around TM to find plenty of examples.
Blackie 510 Report post Posted August 25, 2022 I've noticed a similar trend with used parts. Demand is gone, yet sellers still expect what they paid two years ago. It's particularly obvious with things like manual conversions, etc. Some are getting upset at offers not meeting their expectations but the market has moved.
E30 325i Rag-Top 2956 Report post Posted August 26, 2022 Depends what cars the parts for, older stuff is still only going one way.
