Rose City Cars M6:

$88k could consider giving it a wee spruce up, maybe even a detail?

Could be a great car with some TLC but this is very Lazy listing like we are not heading into a recession...

Close to rust free. That’s encouraging.

I assume they still have the 1996 540i to keep this company?

Sporting the classic worn gear knob too. Looks it would need a big chunk a change to get it sorted.

Even a quick drive in the rain would make it look better!

I know these cars have appreciated. However, this has some issues with the paint and being an ex UK, probably has some issues with rust. Interior not properly presented. Additionally, with the price being asked let’s hope it’s had it’s all important timing chain replaced (should be onto its 2nd replacement by now). Mine cost me $4k to do 20 years ago, what would it cost now?
For that money, I’d expect this to be a fine example with excellent provenance / historic maintenance.

Very lazy! not even a quick dusting 😂

Don't bait them. A quick dusting will see another $10k added to the asking price.
