    My New Trolley

Go drive one Tom. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by the performance of the 1.6T DCT7 AWD version and the handling

    Help needed...

I know. But it's not going to help you resolve the problem with the info it has given you previously and what you are now getting after doing the initial repair.

That only applies to cheaper versions of "scanners"

    My New Trolley

Ordered the new trolley on Friday. Kona Elite 1.6T DCT7 in Pulse Red with Towbar & the full Dura-Seal protection system for paint & leather. Should get it Friday or early the following week. The pulse red is close to BMW's Imola Red. http://www.autocar.co.nz/car-reviews-app/2018-hyundai-kona-elite-review

Can anyone recommend a reputable Company to do a small job for me ? Has to be in Auckland
  8. BTW... Wayne has my old workshop number (09) 2722546
  9. Waynes out in Whitford with loan cars Chris. That may be a bit far for you though. He's going to be doing all my servicing now. I've been a servant to the masses for far to long and don't want to be working at home on cars now that I'm retired. The only others I have faith in recommending would be BM Workshop Botany or Grey Lynn

    Quick rant thread.

Having to wait for your new trolley to be processed. Last one available in the colour I wanted after selling 2 of our other cars ? Also for sale is the Ti M52B28..... you can take it away for $8,000...... owes me more than $20,000
  11. No transponder chip in the key means it fell out...normally by someone replacing the battery. No transponder chip in the key does not take one or two days for a failure to start to occur. It is immediate. I would say wifey tried fitting new batteries or she dropped the key and it broke open loosing the chip

I doubt admin will do anything. I have been trying for 2 years now asking for help and offering help to keep this forum running properly

    My E36 318 TI

Looks like every photo is now lost. All of my earlier photos in other older threads have gone as well.. So much of the websites history is now lost by all the other older members as well
  14. It will cost more than$800 to sort that out properly
  15. That's the selector shaft seal on the L/H side of the gearbox- common leak issue on the older cars
  16. Selling on behalf of my Daughter. A very good second car for the wife and kids or teenagers first car despite the slightly high mileage. Runs well, doesn't leak or use oil & coolant. Have a gander without any bullshit and get back to me if you might be interested https://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=1460210715
  17. BTW... I'm sorry admin / owners. I can't remove info and advertising on my signature or website information on my account here and on B.M.W Ltd which is one of my concerns that hasn't been dealt with
  18. I'm just letting everyone know, Botany Motor Worx Ltd (B.M.W Ltd) has withdrawn it's sponsorship on the forum. I'll still be here from time to time though as *Glenn* Wish all you guys the best with your enthusiasm and comradery over the years and I'll still enjoy reading all your exploits and help where I can...
  19. The cheapest way to do these is get a new cable made half an inch longer by an instrument company that makes speedo cables.
  20. Butyl Cord... comes in a roll. The dealer might sell it by the meter. Check with a panel beater. Older Audi's use it too
