  1. Not really. Unless things have changed recall & warranty work is only paid for as a proportion of the retail hourly rate with no, or very little allowance on parts used. It is only paid for at factory set times in 99% of all cases.
  2. I only go there to check the obituaries to see if my names in there
  3. Try talking about a subject and the later on open your lpad and see what adds come up when you look at the Herald or Stuff
  4. What have you been charged to diagnose the fault and what were you told ?
  5. Did you get this sorted Matt ?

    XHP V3

Probably not the sensor. More likely running outside monitored specs, either too lean or too rich on that bank
  7. True story.... in 55 years of driving I have never ever had a flat tyre while driving or even been in a car with a flat tyre
  8. Relisted on Trademe # 2672958465 https://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/car-parts-accessories/parts-other-makes/electrics/listing-2672958465.htm?rsqid=d8eced709b15409096f9da2f259543cd-001
  9. Top up the gearbox first and see if it drives first... go from there
  10. Back in the day when I got my fire arms licence your guns were registered against that licence. Your property was inspected and all firearms were sold with a transfer against that licence to another holding a licence. This included private and commercial sales This system should be brought back in and policed appropriately. Online sales should be made illegal. Pick up only after all the paper work is carried out and registered..... My opinion
  11. It gave a lot of problems with their fuel when they came out with their blends about 10 years ago. I just won't go back there. Bitten once.... F>>K ya
  12. Try Autolign in Carbine Road Panmure or Shock Absorber Services SAS in Manukau. The alternative would be to convert to standard suspension although I have never done this personally. Others may have.
  13. Did you check out Lasfit in the states for Canbus error free ? Can be purchased through a guy in Aus EBay
  14. Short answer... NO , to do it properly, head & sump off and new gaskets seals etc.
  15. I won't use "GULL" full stop on anything I own or have owned
  16. Jack it up and spray soapy water round the whole assembly to see where it's leaking from. You'll need to get it in the air high enough to be able to have it on ramps so it's loaded and then try again unloaded to get better visual. You could also try using a stethoscope.
  17. It would be prudent to check visually that it is the bag that's leaking first
  18. What do you mean "let go" ??
  19. If it's not working there should be fault codes in the CAS module. The CAS module might need an update. I take it both keys were initialized?
  20. Were you using a BMW specialist to diagnose this fault or the local garage ?
  21. Closest is probably only the BM Workshop in Grey Lynn. Be prepared to empty your pockets having purchased this particular model BMW. Not the best choice out there.
  22. You can sit there all night Dan and watch all the cars getting broken into ?
