After almost 1 year of searching I have Just picked up this exceptionally tidy and tight E36 M3. It has full service history back to when it was purchased new from Team McMillan in 1995. Full Vanos replacement and then just normal wear and tear related repairs. All owners have had for atleast 5 years and clearly haven't had a problem spending money on it. I picked it up for a little bit of fun until we have kids and so will tidy it up and enjoy it for the next little while before moving on and buying a staton wagon...depressing thought. Haha. Sorry about he avg pic for now. Once I have spent some time on it I will take better pics and upload.

Haha thanks. S85 V10 would be a cool swap. Think I'll be bringing an engine in from the UK. Unless in the meantime something pops up locally. Thanks everyone.

Hi, A real pain in the rear when you find a butch job done on your car and hours have to be spent repairing it. In the debating chamber section 330 manual conversion would have a talk to Ray on this one not impossible but is it worth it ( pro's and con's thing). Best of luck with any other mods you intend to do like the colour

Was driving through the Domain , started hearing a knocking noise so took it to McMillan's. The diagnosis is that bearings on cylinder 7 and 8 have been "run", and also damaged the crankshaft. It can be rebuilt but the quote is eye watering. A second hand engine looks like it could be half the price of rebuilding, and a new engine at 50% off is more than that.

They're just slapping in a M57TUD230 into the new hilux. Even a generation or 3 old, it's still going to be better

GoPros were the best thing me and my partner ever bought. We use them for everything. Their versatility and durability is awesome. Diving, skiing, fishing, driving, shooting, tourist sh*t. It's awesome. Worth their weight in gold with all the photos we've had from them. Before I bought them I remember thinking $500... Wow that's a lot. So glad I bought them though. FWIW we have a 3 Black and the 3+ Black

So today I spent the afternoon on a rather big job which I wasn't really prepared for. So pulled the pioneer piece of crap off - and to no guess, the original plugs etc have been cut to work with the Pioneer Unit. So the mission then turned into finding a donor car that I could hack into.. Lucky Ray had one! Found the right unit with the ability for Can-Bus (steering wheel controls) and took that from the donor car. Finally, after a long while pulling and prodding, soldered the wires back to the original Bmw adaptor so it could plus straight into the Dynavin C... But after a few hours, it worked. Plus I found some amp/sub wiring already in there! But no amp anywhere... But the end result before I had to stop to get my child, was a working Dynavin C, and all the fancy this and that working with it, so bluetooth, radio, nav, steering wheel controls etc etc. Very happy! However, need to pull out bits tomorrow as AirCon unit isn't working.. Loose plug probably. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The seller's posted some interior shots... That wheel would have to go and the wood wrapped, I think. LHD would be a PITA. Might look out of interest anyway when I get back to town.

If the battery is in the boot that's half of the work done right there. If you can replace the headunit and speakers I think you can do the amp too.
