Certainly not this one - this ad has been discussed before I think. The blurb is very very dodgy to the point of fraudulent, talking about an opinion on a typical face lift msport model which is certainly not what is for sale here. And it even suggests the "near beer" (which I assume is a 540 msport) e39 is "better" than a M5 which is just pure laughable BS. The price is about triple+ what someone might start sniffing at for a pre-face lift non sport model, despite the low km, which doesn't necessarily mean it won't be without your typical e39 age related treasures... Having had my cynical rant on that dubious Ad, I do think the e39 540 msport is a fine car in its own right and good ones, one day, may have their day... (well that's my investment strategy anyway 😁)

Ride height sensors back in, wheel speed sensors back in, brake calipers bolted up, sway bar back in, next up tighten the driveshaft bolts, put wheels back on, put the car on ramps and tighten all the suspension bolts, then chuck the exhaust back on!! Should be all good for a wheel alignment booked for tomorrow morning, I have to say I am looking forward to driving an E39 touring with mostly refreshed suspension again, its been a while! Then, 1500 km round trip to visit family next week, towing a trailer with a dog kennel on it! Kind of a "what will break next" roulette wheel.🤔

Rain didn't happen so subframe went back in, mostly done, just a few minor details like the brakes to bolt back up!! Then hoping I can get a wheel alignment over the weekend!

Just to inform all the Bimmer lovers that I have Sloved the ECT Card error message in Idrive. Just open the ETC Option in the Idrive Then press options button on the controller of the Idrive. it will show you option about the warning message untick it and its all good to go Hope this helps someone in future. Yawn. It's a grey Z4 with a black interior. Yawn. I don't care for the wheels. It's a non-M motor (1 throttle body). Yawn. I guess someone somewhere will love it... I suppose it is 'unique'. Ain’t that the truth! Some real life wisdom right there kids. Maybe they should add some sort of disclaimer on the web-site like “ this is not a secure storage service for your really important car photos”?
