Hi all, I'm on the hunt for some sport seats for my E30 coupe. Let me know if you've got some or know of some tucked away. Anthracite would be ideal but I'm considering all options. Cheers, Matt

Starting from page one to fix the pics. Finally settled on AWS S3, that's not going anywhere anytime soon.

Howdy Mike and what an awesome vehicle!! Look forward to seeing it a meetup … @Barryn is the man for Autoglym. Hope you attend some of our events and join the BMW Car Club, we have a very active group down here in Welly.

I think this has been repowered with an M20B25 already and being an E21, probably 150kgs lighter than a 6cylinder E30, so power to weight ratio would similar to an E30 with an M52B28 if not a bit better. These cars rust, you can fix them and then they will rust again. I pretty sure I have seen this car in Christchurch and it wasn't pretty. This is a car that needs to be viewed and driven before bidding, unless you can get it for about 3k. My guess is it will sell for 6K

Hey Team Small update My trusty mechanic Master Gee to the rescue with his impact gun. Managed to undo the Jesus bolt in 10secs. Also picked up the freshly powder coated wheels for the touring. so over the weekend will look at putting the tires on the mags and back on the car, also some more motor dismantling too.

I agree, painted is better since you can see the CF through the vents and on the front kidneys. Unpainted would be a little too OTT I think and you'd lose some of the detail.

Hello - and welcome to the world of BMW ownership! I'm based in the Hutt as well - but my BMW isn't as nice as yours (1998 328i cab) For tires, always do a price check at hyperdrive.co.nz - lots of places will quote you what they think you'll pay. And once you mention it's a BMW they put the prices up. There are a few friendly mechanics who are BMW enthusiasts as well and are engaged in the community so it's good going to them if you can They're probably in this forum as well - so will let them introduce themselves. Hyperdrive will actually deliver to a mechanic of your choosing and charge a set fee for tire installation and balancing. And the AugoGlym lower north island distributor is also on this forum - he's great value (Barry - http://barrysgarage.co.nz/). I think he gives discounts to members of the BMW Car Club - which is pretty cheap to join and has a great facebook group (amongst other things) http://bmwclub.co.nz/ For some reason internet is being odd for me today so cant post any links to sites or reference anyone's names. Anyway, it'd be great to catch up and check out your car! Tim

Certainly gone 110% on intake and exhaust. Will be watching with envy. Interested in power gains.... and induction sound to die for

Can definitely appreciate that! Reasons for painting it, 1. Didnt want one panel a different colour. 2. Thought painting it and leaving the vents would make them stand out more and go with the "Grey and Black" theme

Car looks killer man, keep up the good work! IMO, I would have left the bonnet unpainted.....that's just me tho ?

Well that's going on my watch list. We should have a guess the final price poll. @clio v6 can't help but notice that you appear to have joined Bimmersport for the purpose of posting this listing, do you know the car or the owner some how? Many here would be interested in inside info if this is a smoke screen. (Deduction via 12 minute old account, and no BMW's in your list of cars, don't mean to sound ungrateful as this is a pearler of a car that'll have a bit of interest here)
