Hi mate, im the one who asked about fitment on your trademe, quite keen can anyone on here confirm these will fit a E30 325i without rubbing on struts? my current spare i have rubs on the front so dont wanna buy a whole set and find they rub, dont know much about wheels and offsets etc so could someone more informed let me know? Cheers

could be keen on the front and rear bumpers and taillights if theyre not cracked (ie pass compliance tests lol) depending on price/shipping if you cant sell the whole car and start parting it for my 325i

love this car

i dont see HUGE the problem with a screamer pipe but they are illegal (locked diffs arent of any interest to me though thats for sure), screamer pipes can be plumbed back in for wofs with 1 peice of pipe anyway so it'd be hard to police as such, "wasnt like that when i gave it a wof" comes up alot no doubt not sayings its ok or that i agree, just saying it happens getting abit OT sorry!

i Lol'd hard fast and furious y0

nice!! real treat

could always goto a mate of a mate's wof place that will check the whole car properly but look past, in this case the parcel tray, or in other cases locked diff/screamer pipe etc.

http://www.bimmersport.co.nz/forums/index....&pid=196623 is this a fairly easy(lack of better word i supose) way of removing sump other than engine removal, other suggestions?? Cheers
-
as the title says, just thought i'd get a list of what has to be removed like steering and some other things?? while im waiting for mike "323e30" to send the sump just to get an idea of whats on the cards i also purchased a sump gaurd off him(yay no chance of cracking new sump), should there be provisions for these to fit or do you have to drill or whatnot to fit since it didnt originally have one? also any good links with photos would be appreciated car is a pre facelift E30 325i Cheers Andrew

the seller also said it had new front shocks IIRC

looked at this today, He didn't seem to interested to try get the service history of the previous owner (previous owner used to own a sheep station in the mackenzie country or something, he now lives in queenstown so alot of open road k's id imagine) just told us he's a mechanic by trade and it drove round the block fine for him so that was enough in his eyes so good on him i supose, other like some service history, cash price on the window is $14000 anyway from what i saw, 1) Its missing the "mesh" on the front bumper below the number plate, 2) The paints bubbling on the drivers side pillar, 3) Needs new back shocks soon according to him, 4) The tool kit has about 3 tools left, 5) The spare mag is different to the rest of the car (dunno if thats the norm with M3's...didnt seem right to me tho), 6) The mags are curbed, 7) WoF expired last month 8) The airbox mount has been repaired with glue and mesh type kit u get from supercheap auto (could be small i know but could be a previous wee ding?) 9) Those chrome lights look bloody awful in person aswell LOL Anyway thought i'd list that incase someone here is seriously looking, you could always do ownership form at the post shop and get previous owners details to track service history (or ask the seller/dealer nicely) or just use the number plates its had on it and ring round service places as they usually have no problem saying if theyve serviced it and what they have done Edit: also started fine, didnt hiss or squeel or have a fit, and there were no leak puddles underneath it
