I can see the prepurchase report....needs a few deferred maintenance items rectified....$15,000.

Looks a nice car for a E36 (2 numbers out in id code) the 4 door looks better in the flesh than a coupe & is more practical.
-
Nice manual box! What engine in that car?
-
A wild guess but the Hulj-ich family allegedly have a nice underground car park full of cars.

Good luck. Think positive, tell you a quick story about this elderly gent who lived to 100yrs & donated his body for science so they could examine it for research.(why did he have such good health till his death)Upon his death they carefully examined the entire body, to their surprise his body was riddled with cancer but his body had controlled the cancer in pockets, so the morale is hopefully you can just live with it, all the best.

This is a E28 Alpina done by UK agent, that old rusted heap is only good for crushing. : http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1620796.htm edit: or this beauty, would have to be the best around.
-
Nice headers/nice price Wayne. If i hadn't rebuilt/welded my steel set these would be going on the 318is, the stock steel headers are prone to cracking.
-
It's all go is it Brendan, any more major work/tweaks?
-
No probs Ian, you were lucky to grab the last M5 console. If you want to upgrade the air intake system before a remap you could improve the flow like Dinan systems.(just make it yourself) Hope the 6 speed conversion falls into place for you, check with Ray he's done a few on 540's. http://bmw540ifun.com/ModExperiences.htm

Mr E34's M30 engine on map, BMW's last evolution of this engine.(RWHP 187.7) Alpina M30 Bi-Turbo, the best limited production FI M30, maybe this is waiting in my Europe garage???? (RWHP 320-330) :D edit: Big block BMW V12 designed for McLaren F1, massive power for a large capacity (6064cc) engine back then, max pwr 627BHP @ 7400 rpm.Nice looking powerplant/inlet tract compared to modern plastic engines.
