Yeah. get a full second hand instrument cluster, with rev counter, and the spark lead with a rev counter wire attached, the wiring is all in place in the loom to connect it straight up. Did it with my race car.

No sorry, but they have a list out with what they have for the E30 cars, most front bushes as well.

Can't help with that, but George Stock in Auckland have them in polyurethane for 95.55 plus gst for the E30 series cars, talk to Grant Scheuber if interested.

Hi Cam, thanks again for your help with the car. It's reged as a 316, and badged as such also. I pulled the motor but haven't done anything with the block, so don't know if the rods and crank are different from the 318. The bore and pistons are the same as the 318, 83.9mm pistons. The ecu is different, as is the airflow meter, its smaller. I thought that the 318's badged as 316's were only the last of the imports, not a general thing with all the 316's? By the way, the car's ready for the Jan meet now.

Hove, no reason you can't do a manual conversion with your workshop setup. There's one running in the English series, looks the part but doesn't do any good tho..

Hey good luck to you, but just a word of warning, once you start taking cash for what you do everyone wants their bit, and you probably become liable for anything that might happen to go wrong with what you've done. Most workshops have insurances to cover themselves, and in this crappy PC age we live in, you can't do anything without upsetting someone somewhere. Gues what I'm saying is keep it quiet and only do things for people you know.
