We've always run standard BMW on the rear, no problems at all, fronts are another story tho.

E39 rack is the wrong way around, unless you know of a left hand drive one I can turn upside down.

Hey Dan, Nissan R32 and R33, and sylvia S13 and S14, is the steering rack behind the front cross member? If so, which is the quickest of these racks?

Looking at doing the conversion away from the box. Seems I need to find a rack which mounts behind the cross member, anyone got any ideas? Other option would be to change the whole front to an E36, only 8mm diff in track.

On hold at the moment, the race specs have put us off at the moment as well, we can now turbo the E28, Alpina B7, so a much better proposition.

95 cobra, 200cc, 19 lb, they aren't the ones I'm using tho, the std M30 flow at 237cc, have had a set refurbed and flow tested, all between 234cc and 237cc, threw 4 away which didn't come up to spec.

Yes I think so, I have to modify the right engine mount to get them to fit, seems like they'll clear the steering box, but not by much.

Couple of BMW roundels on the bikes and it could go in the calendar. Can't see any white ones, but that orange one looks a lot like Andy's colour.

Common problem, M40 as well, it's worse when it's the bolts holding the oil pickup.
