One problem with the M40 radiators, is that the top plastic fitting the hose goes over quite often breaks as they get older. If this has happened, get a new one, they are around $250 ish I think, aftermarket?

Motor, between $200 and $400 depending on demand at the time, and condition. Auto box with a problem, probably nothing, but you may be lucky, doesn't seem to be much demand for auto boxes.
