I've never heard of this either. If the vehicle has adaptive values, you can clear the adaptions (scan tool required) and then recheck driveability. If that doesnt cure it , its a valve body mod which sometimes works, or a trans rebuild.

Is it the rubber engine mount you need or the aluminium engine bracket for the mount ???

Were all the broken pieces in the wrapping ??? If not, it was damaged before it was sent to you.....would pay to check. Sold a second or freight damaged ? BTW....I'd be really pissed off if it happened to me

Get your alternator charge rate checked as well. Common problem when bulbs keep blowing....especially headlight bulbs. It could also just be a coincidence that this happening.

I should really shut up here ....but anyway.....here goes Honda's, Toyota's & Nissans are too damn reliable....... thats why I don't repair Japanese vehicles We would be doing oil changes all day But if you like, and want to drive a refined vehicle, I would choose a BMW over anything European I enjoy working on them as well, technically, they are more refined, easy to work on and only have major failures due to lack of maintainence (or idiots working on them) or abuse.

I'd find another mechanic and get it checked properly first. You could end up on a wild goose chase. I think its Page European down in Welly that does good work.. others could help you out with a good repairer in Welly. Cheers Glenn

Personally....I'd buy a box of Lion Red and stay at home to save petrol before I bought this. If you believe all the claims these products have. Go to Repco...buy everything that saves petrol.....put it in your tank and everytime you go past a petrol station you might have to stop and empty your tank.
