Hi guys I've just traded this car 1990 E30 320I 4 door X Japan (2000) Automatic Atlantic Blue, colour coded front air dam and spoiler lip Fog lights Factory sterio (cassette player) 129,000 km BBS mags with near new tyres New battery Mint cloth interior with front & rear head rests We did engine work on this vehicle in 2003 which cost $4,870.oo @ 110,000km (receipts available) Has a few minor oil leaks and power steering is leaking I think its worth about $4,000.oo .. ono Anyone interested ?? You are well informed...these late model vehicles are very specific....down to the month of build for engine replacement compatibility, due to Canbus operating systems. You will need to get exactly the same as you have, otherwise it just wont work. Cheers Glenn

The thermostat controls engine running temperature by altering flow The temperature sender unit ( different part ) signals the temperature guage in the dash and DME They are both different components
