What menu / control unit did that error code occur in ?... I'm not familiar with the Carsoft product and how the info is shown on it's screen

Carsoft may not be determining the error code correctly...get it checked by the dealer

Check that you have systems voltage at the ACC terminal on the back of the ignition switch (violet wire) Turn on and off several times when checking to make sure you are getting a good voltage supply. Try it engine off & on as well.
