10 Points for getting into it and getting it going. Obviously a work still in progress well I at least hope its still in progress. The fundamentals are all there, it just needs to be refined now, i.e blanking the ICV, intake ducting, filterbox and the coil mounting. I'll give him another 10 points if he gets them sorted out. Lets hope he is a bit more attentive to detail with his soldering and electrical work. No one likes being pushed or towed.

I wish he was in NZ I would send all of my cars to him and get him to do mine. I would pay him top dollar to do it. I hope they're good quality corks he uses. I've heard if you get poor quality ones you can lose about 15 horsepower.

Wanting to buy an E34 Body/Chassis with live plates. Prefer white but any colour considered. Engine wise - I don't want one. I have had a project car sitting in the shed waiting for a rainy day. The rain came and I discovered my partner didn't put the rego on hold. Not worth running it through for a Vin again at the price you can get a body with live plates for. If any of you fellow Auckland Bimmersporters have a body lying around ready for the wreckers to pick up gimme a yell. I don't need any interior, Diff/motor/trans/lights, ok if the loom has been chopped, just need a tidy shell (matching panels) With live plates. Its times like this that I regret sending all the perfectly good shells I've parted out in the past off to Pick-A-Part.

OH NO poor wee thing.. *saves to watch list* I likes small things...

Does any one out there have a Cirrus Blau E34, E30, E32?? with tinted windows? I am thinking about getting the windows tinted but I am unsure if tinting will suit the Cirrus Blau. The original slight green factory tint gives the car a nice clean look, just not too sure if I would like darker tints. If anyone has a Cirrus Blau with tints can you post some pics up.

About 15 seconds and then I lift it over the curb or about 1/2 an hour if I go around on the road. Im going to be brave one day and ride from Takanini to work in Parnell. Ill wake up super extra early. or leave as soon as I get home from work so I can be there in time for work the following morning. I don't think Ive ever driven the whole way along great south road on one journey

I have a fart can that someone had put on an E30 I bought a while back, I could weld that on and make it sound like all the other honda's driving around with their aftermarket fart cans aswell. Bog will sound better though she's 2 stroke. Rinnnn nin nin nin nin nin Riiiiiiiin nin nin nin nin nin nin RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIN nin nin nin nin nin nin nin Ill have to get a helmet with wings (like the Flash) and some biggles goggles. And Airhorns.

Haha hrmmmm No the Bambina will always have its little parking space in my heart, they can both fit in the same parking space I suppose theyre small enough...I've just realized they match. I have too many Blue vehicles. I'll line them up for a race one day.. I'll have to wait for a sunny day.

Yeah she guzzles the gas I can't afford to fill it right up I only half fill it. Prepay is a pain in the ass.. I have to chain it to the gas pump while I run in to pay.
-
But Bog's too small to be a motorbike. She's only 50cc so she's a Moped. I did have a CB200 .. another classic Honda.. I was quite surprised what it went for.

Dunno yet, I'm waiting for diesel to come down in price so I can splash out and buy a litre or 2

Glenn is probably the most experienced in this department. Its either his Handbag OR his Heels. Sometimes it even takes a good fight with the Handbrake to get his handbag in. The Handbrake usually wins and he has to leave his handbag at home otherwise the traction control gets stuck on and he goes into limp mode.

She needs some loving.. Ain't going to lose my license on her.. She can't even go fast enough to break the speed limit through a school zone. I maxed her out at 43km/h tonight ( I need to find a big hill) Pretty typical for a Honda. YES I BOUGHT A HONDA *cough* *splutter* *bangs head on the table* But by Golly she's a hell of a lot of fun. I think I have been converted. I'm now on the lookout for 2 more. Those who know me know I do EVERYTHING in triplicate. I have christened her Bog.. If any of you out there have one of these as an ornament in your back yard please give it to me for some loving

Yes I agree entirely. I work in Parnell and would never think about moving in towards the city I still enjoy a back yard. I grew up in South Auckland and I still like it out here, I admit I have moved out of Manurewa slightly but i'm still in South Auckland, If you're sensible you shouldn't run into any problems. (arms the 6ft corrugated iron barbed wired electric perimeter fence with laser guided missile turrets). Heh No I just moved next to people with better toys than mine. Surely they'll get stolen before mine.

Try leaving your car windows up and you sitting in it quietly enjoying your lunch at a beach in Manukau, I waved goodbye as they drove away. It was a waste of a good lunch. Im surprised they didn't steal my lunch as well. Dumb Boof Heads If it happens again I shall attempt to run them over on advice from the Sergeant at the Manurewa Police station. Apparently it would have been of benefit to the community if I had done so. Seems I was lucky to be left standing on the side of the road and not locked in the boot like poor Tom T. E34 boots arnt too bad for traveling in though a lot more room than the E30's, they're almost bigger than some Apartment buildings. I must make preparations just in case and install a minibar, you never know how long you'll be in there for.

heh golly you people have bad luck. I've jump started a bulldozer, a massey fergusson tractor, countless POS Nissans, 4wds other BMW's and lots of farm machinery with the trusty old E34. I had to use old faithful this morning after a week and a half of sitting in the driveway unused crossed my fingers that the battery would crank over.. first pop as usuall, then straight around the back to jump start the Mitsi Pajero, some people still dont know how to turn headlights off at night. SELL your e36 and buy an E34 then you can jump start almost anything your heart desires. They just don't build them how they used to anymore.

Well done.... Can you give us a run through when you decide to check your spark plugs

Its definitly not for a soccer mum thats for sure. If its not meant to be driven why build it inside a car? Wouldn't Alpine F1 perfection be better suited to some kind of windowless sound proofed padded cell kinda set up? I am not an Audio expert but I'm sure you could get better results not building it in a car. Ok having it mobile may be a factor. Build it on a trailer and tow it with the X5. On the other hand I could be enticed into buying it if it had a second seat, the original tail gate, full roll cage and harness, decent set of sand tyres, and about the same amount of money that was spent on the audio package plus a bit more put into engine performance and some heavy suspension upgrades (the rear suspension needs a bit of bulking up from what I saw in Paris Dakar) Oh and full limo tints so no one could see me. Then I'd head for the dunes. That would be kick ass. If you see it one day and can hear Bolero/Barnum On Ice playing thats me SUPADORK Look I twisted my own arm into secretly wanting one. it needs some work though.

Theres only enough room for one loser in all that space.. luckily they dont have an airbag to save them when they crash. Christmas wishlist Ollie???
