The E46 has damage which is purely cosmetic. Options are parting it out, welding a coupe roof on and turning into a racecar, selling the SMG gear and repowering with manual V8 are some ideas. S54B32 transplant into the E30 M3 is the main priority at the moment.PM me your details with regard to the S14.
