I broke down hard with laughter when I mated that song to that lap, fits like a glove. More powers is now a pipe dream for a few years... But it's ok, it's not nearly the slowest metal on any road

Well I'm confused, I have Whiteline bars ready for me to pick up (once I pay for them) at Repco, and I'm sure they don't come with the end links. Maybe they are hidden well in the packaging. Must have a closer look.

Does your driveway have like a 40 degree slope to it?

Where did you get those nice sway bar end links from Brent? And Re: Lowering a E28. Get some lowering springs and some new sport shocks, and bushings like Brent has done. Will make a night and day difference over the 20 year old stuff that is in there.

Bent valves or the belt has jumped a teeth or 2. By the sounds, the timing is out. Recheck timing. If that's fine, pull the head again. Ouch.

Sony Full 1080 HDR-SR7. And thanks!

There was nothing like jumping, with 5000 others and feeling the vaccum created by tightly packed people rising together and having the air sucked up and down past you through the small gaps, when the solo from Knights of Cydonia hit you in the ears. Never been to the BDO however. Would love to try and get up there this year.

Filmed by Myself and my good friend Brendan. Edited by Myself. 5 minute video of the brilliant track day a couple of weeks ago. I tried to make this video as non-boring as possible. The lap with the surprise music makes me crack up into tears each time I watch it Youtube didn't like the song and it got muted by WMG. so it's on vimeo http://www.vimeo.com/6804635 Oh gosh diddy gosh I hope James~ likes it. It took hours and days to makes.

Brewing my own beer is definitely on the cards for next year during Uni, should save some money over bloody jugs of Tui from the foundry. How strong (flavour and %age) can you make home brew beer? I love big flavour beers.

Now that's a good answer ^, sounds like you know your car audio. All I'd want to do with a sub is find the resonant frequency of a terribly modded E30 and shake it to bits

The only Honda on 4 wheels I'd give a body part for

Senna's spirit is in this car (he worked with the engineers to make it perfect). Has the same mass, and wheel-weight, distribution as a F1 car. Destroys CSL's on the track. Would love one. Anyone who thinks it is a terrible car should be shot. -
That driver is amazing. Nice link! Love the wheel hop it has on the gravel curves hahaha

That's a good one! I always say inquiry like in-'qua'-ree. RADNOM PERSONAL FACT OF THE DAY!
-
I always have to have my flat brimmed cap sideways, and 15 inches of forearm on the 'sil!
-
Haha yes. Sanding it will also do just fine. Electrons just want a clean suface to move across

To follow this AMAZING INTERESTING THREAD up with a post which might help someone in the futurrrrre: Last week I took off the main earth cable from the oil pump area to the chassis, and sanded all the contact points till shiny (they were quite oxidized), reinstalled nice and tight. Hasn't happened since.

I'm no car audio expert (last thing I would ever put in my car is a sub), but I'm an A average physics student, and even though people say 'bass sound doesn't have direction, doesn't matter where you put it', you'll find that it does indeed have direction and amplitude. So pointing a sub directly upwards in the boot is just going to throw sound waves mainly upwards and some sideways and then they shall rebound and become very muddy and eventually make there way, full of constructive and destructive interference, into the cabin. By having it bolted to the rear wall of the cabin with no metal sheeting in the way, you would have nice clean, non-interfered with, waves to get to your ears then out the windows. That's basicly what people are trying to say here, like, why it's a poor idea.

That is one of the nicest torque lines I have seen. Well fricken done. 640Nm to the wheels! I'm sure driving it is like getting hit the chest with a bowling ball...

I misread the plate last time, saw her again today. It's actually similar, and just as cool (the plate, not the chick) Carjammed it.... '89 M325i in Lachssilber. 138,000 k's. Someone must love her.

Spotted in Wellington.

You'd struggle in a E30 then, there are large vents at the back of the parcel tray into the boot for exhausting air from the AirCon/Heater Fan. A purpose built sub box would be the only way really...

There is a difference between advice and advise, clearly man. Like effect and affect.
