Its all in and running now. Few things to tidy up first before the turbo stuff goes in tho.Where did you get your AN fittings and braided line from? Approximate price for the line and fittings? Hows your car going anyway?

Lots of spare parts. 1989 M20b20 - 270,000km. Leaks a bit of oil, dosent burn any, regularly thrashed. Missing a few bits and pieces (toothed crank wheel, temp sensor, maybe some other stuff I cant remember) Little thermostat housing on the throttle body is broken (not needed anyway) If anyone is interested I can get more info and check exactly what is missing. - Located in Te Puke. - OFFERS 4HP22 Auto transmission and torque converter- REBUILT by marshalls tranmissions. Still have the receipts around somewhere. Shifts perfectly. Has a aftermarket oil cooler. - OFFERS - Located in Te Puke M50B25 E34 Engine loom. Located in Te Puke, but I can bring it to hamilton Airconditioning parts - only thing I dont have is the compressor. Te Puke / Hamilton E30 steelie wheelies - Hamilton / Te Puke Alternator - came off a m10 e30. Needs brushes and the rubber mount / bush replaced. Hamilton / Te Puke M20 E30 engine mounts - Te Puke / Hamilton Brake booster and master cylinder (non abs) - Te Puke / Hamilton Lots of other stuff... will add more as I go through it. Megasquirt will do vanos. Well, basic m50 vanos anyway, not variable vanos. You just need to setup an output in megasquirt to switch with vanos solenoid on, and you can set that to turn on where ever you want, wether its a MAP based value or a RPM value. Megasquirt wont be any cheaper with the exchange rate the way it is anyway. Get a link or somthing local.

I dont think there is one thing on my e30 that i havent had to touch or f**k with, except for the rear subframe and diff.

Had mine machined to 6kg aswell. Havent bolted it up yet though.

Just lowered on bottle caps, and louder than normal. Hopefully M50 will be going in on easter weekend.

Mine randomly stopped working, cant figure it out either. Fuses are fine, no power at lights. Followed the wire from the fuse box to the switch it had power until I lost it under the dash and couldnt follow it anymore. No power at the switch. I hope I was following the right wire

You dont NEED to change the diff, you dont NEED to change the suspension. It will work with out it.

Loom plug is in the pillar iirc, you can get at it by pulling the pillar trim off (two plastic screws at the bottom and slides out at the top). Take the door trim off and you can get at the bottom hinge bolts (they are inside the door)

Some turbos whistle, some dont. Guess it depends on the design.

I got my control arm bushes for $60 each at a BMW place at mt maunganui, then even pressed them into the 'lollipops" for me. (I took them off first and brought them in)

I have pulled out my seats a few times with just a set of sockets.... Or do you have aftermarket seats?

The guy you got your SC kit off just got his car certed with new engine and didnt have to get a hoop. Edit: Not saying you dont need it, I guess it depends on the certified, my mate had to get a hoop for his escort.

Dont think you will need the driveshaft hoop.

It will run with the SC turned off, but be pretty slow.
