My Dad just replaced all of his brakes on his 04 E55. Thats the supercharged E55. I think his was around $4500K including it's 50,000km service. I can't remember what his warranty costs but it is up for renewal soon. The E55 is just an awesome machine. Is quite a laugh when you outdrag a SS Commadore and you have your race car towing behind.

Well I am looking to replace my 97 E39 540 with a later Model 01-03 540/530/530d. Going to have a look at it tomorrow with my old man. I quite like the factory wheels in black on this one. Love the plate too.

Oh sh*t! I want that black one on the BBS wheels. Also I think I might go have a look at that white 530.

Spare wheel well? Hope your towing nothing more than hedge trimmings. The original E39 towbar replaces the bumper supports and bolts directly onto the chassis rails with no drilling. Also comes with some pretty beefy supports.

Picked up this little 320 a while ago for a good price. Converted it to manual (getrag 260) and replaced things like the cambelt, water pump and all the other gaskets on the motor including the sump. She is 100% original and in very tidy condition especially inside. Even still has a working CD stacker etc. But I need to sell her on now so I can pay for my engine rebuild on the series car. What would I ask for it? Edit: Oh she is a 1990 and done 140,000kms but looks like she has done more like 40,000kms I was thinking around the $4K mark. I don't see many mid range E30 manuals in this condition. If any.

Had plenty of useless lecturers at AUT. Some were so bad that I could hardly understand their poor english. Some knew nothing about what they were teaching. But there was such a shortage of capable people to teach that we just had to put up with them. But do as Shelley has suggested. If there is something you don't understand make sure you don't let it slide. Keep on him. Btw. I was one of those older brothers Shelley. School already had a hate for my younger brother and sister when they started. Macleans holds a long grudge.

Yeah mine might be a 540. But it is a 2 out of 10 too. Paint on the bonnet and boot is rooted and some lady stoved in my rear quarter and wont pay. I also have 4 wheel steering.

Better wheels would be genuine E60 M5 wheels. Only set I know of are not for sale.

Yeah I have driven one. Old drey of a thing. Hence why you hardly ever see them driving around. There is some older Jap vids of them testing the Skyline vs the E46 330 and a few other similar cars. Can't remember how it turns out.

I have some Grado 125's And man they are awesome! Retro looking and comfortable. But when I purchased them I was told to buy a DAC or decent sounds card as onboard sound is cheap junk. I didn't. But now I will as soon as I can afford one.

Since they require spacers you can have 5X120 adapter spacers made up. But IMO they are a horrible Offset, wrong stud pattern, not wide enough, not staggered. Better off on a FWD.

You should see how bad my shimmy is at the moment. I can steer my car from the rear wheels. Haha. Getting all new bushes asap so the car hasn't been driven for 4 months. But I can't imagine that spacers would be any different to a much lower offset wheel. As long as they are hub centric adapters.

They look brilliant! Nice style. But they seem very cheap for premium headphones. I would have a search for some reviews. Most of the high end headphones only benefit from a good DAC and soundcard. Most MP3 players have very poor sound. Especially shitty Ipods. Man they sound bad.

Yeah my back wheels sit in a bit too far too. Was just going to go with bolt on spacers untill I can find some better wheels. Have knock off E60 M5 wheels at the moment

Is the previous color of your car red? If so, I would not paint it white without a back to metal rub down. I would just paint it red again to save money (engine bay, boot not needing paint). My 180 was a similar red to that camaro. But I think it was more of a Ferrari red. I like the E30 M3 red too
