Well they don't come up for sale often. Especially in this condition. And it seems that one of these is far more rare than a 325M Coupe in NZ. So maybe your right on. I wonder if one of these will ever become as collectible as a coupe 325M. Could already be. Good luck.

I know it is a beautiful car. But isn't it around double what a 325 Touring goes for? Or is this a genuine Motorsport or something?

Cheers guys. Spent the day at Puke racing at the Taccoc event with some of the other E30's. Awesome way to spend a birthday. Beat my PB around there too.

Nice. I have one of those Jaycar systems in my garage. Used it on my 180sx before I got an aftermarket ECU. Worked well. Used a wideband O2 sensor and A/F gauge. No use for it these days though.

Is it something to do with the balance of the car. Maybe the seating possition. Everything in the car seems to be very well placed. Even the battery is set very low in the center of the boot.

Yip! I only got to go for a short drive. But the ZM feels much lighter than the E36 M3 Evo I drove. Not sure if it is though. The suspension is great. And it sounds awesome! Looking over that huge bonnet is great too. A++ Would drive again! Haha cheers Ray.

Yeah but was it an option on the M5. I didn't think it was. My 540 has the comfort seats. And my god are they horrible if you are going fast around a corner. You have a high chance of ending up on the passengers lap. Shame the seats you have are not tan Ray.

Worst interior I have seen in many a moon. Momo Arrows went out of fashion in around 1999. Chicken cooker should be replaced by a M30 Turbo. This is likely to cause you quick death by passing through a brick wall back wards though.

Lol. I have a 1990 320 manual that is in better condition (immaculate!) that I picked up for $1000. Also has less than half those kms. Hell it still smells like a showroom BMW inside.

Dad has a 97 XK8 Vert. He loves it. Wanted a E-Type but just doesn't have the time to spend on keeping one going. This was the next best thing. Its only done 30,000odd kms. Weekend car. Problems he has had with it. Flat battery a few times RR brake light bulb Car is great fun for spading chicks. Owned since 2000 I think.

It is a cheap and simple conversion. It is best to start with a 2.5 block. Then all you need is 2.8 crank with spacer and shortened (very easy) B25 pistons B20 Rods stock rings, bearings and anything else you want to do. 1.3 Motronic ECU and loom Reflash ECU by Gavin at Hi Velocity. So if you are starting with a 325. You don't need much. Once the crank is adjusted you just rebuild the motor as normal.

Hmm once I fix EVERYthing else on my 540 I will fix the stacker. At the moment I have 4 wheel steering. Shitty tow control arms.

I use to drink a ton of coke. Untill I had a tooth fall apart while I was in England with no insurance. Cut my trip 2 months short due to funds having to be diverted to fix it.. F U Coke!
