This is more for Gavin but thought i'd make it public for other ideas. Gavin, is it worth me giving you approx $1200 to tinker with my car (remap etc) or spending approx $1200 on a Plenium as seen on the Hamann M3 on TM at the mo. I'd love to do both but pockets arn't quite that deep unfortunately. Any suggestions welcome

Well for starters mate that's not a "batty" like you originally said and to do apex seals every 10k? Who the f**k would want to do that? Better off using the 20g for a reliable car that won't be sitting in your garage undrivable! A lot of options for 20g.

For reliability they are sh*t, I think they are sh*t full stop actually.I highly doubt they will appreciate dude, you can buy running ones for around the 10g mark at the mo. Steer away from them.

In that case how does it set it apart from the 318?

That's what i was just thinking, an E30 M3 is a one of a kind looking vehicle whereas any E36 could look like an M3, it's the motor and interior that puts it above the rest. Anyway we have gone way off topic.

I agree there, the E30 was the benchmark that no other M3 would compare to. E46 m3s are still dropping too, be interesting to see what price they settle at.
