  1. It actually is the Mini motor haha.
  2. Bloody nice. Request a relist.
  3. Obviously you've checked all air hoses etc, my one got a big gulp of oil in the plenum last year at the track which in turn blew the breather hose from the sump to the plenum off, these engines along with a lot of others don't like air leaks, will run very rough with a leak.

    Gran Turismo 5

Still playing the game, still really enjoying it. Mostly just the seasonal events though.
  5. A 118i even i like, carried out a PDI on one yesterday, twin sroll turbo 1600cc, goes better than a 123d! And that's the base model too!
  6. Luck has nothing to do with it.
  7. Game changer................? Do those ugly ass wheels have any tyres straped to them?

If they go all "Alfa" i'll resign all BMW from my life.
  9. Funnily enough, one of the guys at Jeff Greys in Chch is quite in the know with pugs.

    New Toy!

Chrome grill will finish it nicely Jase.
  13. Been a while but it goes, quite well too being a '66 and been sitting for 10+ years, first of all did an oil service, filled with fuel, fitted battery and started it with the flick of the ignition. Fitted new clutch master cylinder as the original failed as soon as i put my foot on the pedal, bled the clutch and all brakes. Reseated the rear brake shoes as they were stuck to the drums, 10 years of handbrake being on does that. It's not a tidy car but has the potential to be.
  14. Been there a little while, has all the extras that i think (?) come standard with the CS, very tidy inside and out.
  15. Just fit it, keep the valve closed for wofs etc, come tracks or a bit of country driving open the gates of hell.
  16. No worries, KMs are not a worry BTW.
  17. My old work place, Peugeot/Suzuki, have seen this car in the flesh, not bad at all, has all the motorsport goodies. Can test drive/inspect car for you Andrew if you are genuinely interested. That other one listed is not mint either.
  18. How much of a job to replace rocker cover gaskets, engine out or lifted?

    New Toy!

Badass jase, very nice! Roll hoops and it's a tracker
  20. K60 Rolls Royce, sooooo basically a Bimmer then Mark
  21. No EWS then which means easy starting of the engine.
  22. Was the bottom bumper trim colour coded as well?
  23. I do have a soft spot for Subbies, STI's are neat and very fast standard. Not the strogest motor but also not unreliable either, just like BMWs especially, servicing is a biggy that shouldn't be missed other wise you DO get problems. The one listed is quite nice, didn't realise they were light wieght?
