Ive had poor service when ive been to Jeff Grays here in Hastings too. Me and My dad were set to buy about $2000 worth of parts and the guy we delt with wasnt even interested. I explained that i was rebuilding An e30 engine for the race series and he just told us to buy a 2nd hand engine. We have never been back since

People say that a g260 is stronger but in a road car Its not going to be stressed unless you do something stupid like burnouts etc

If your LSD has no oil in it its going to sh*t itself mate! Or the more likely option is its got no LSD and the guy you bought it off lied lol

I got a clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder from supercheap. I think it was about $150 for the pair

Your stuck with the sh*t geometry at the end of the day. There is a kit that has offset trailing arm bushes but that does stuff all from what i've heard. It depends if you want a slammed car or a car that handles well?

The sump can get smashed easily if you go lower than 100mm

You HAVE to replace head stups everytime they have been torqued down

I might be wrong but i thought that engines need a certain amount of backpressure in the exhaust system so the engine functions at 100%

Why do most of the series guys run small case diffs? Wouldnt be better to have the large case diff in terms of the ballast that most cars carry to meet the minimum weight. Its low down and towards the rear so it should be better than adding the extra weight in the spare wheel well? And the medium case is a stronger diff aswell
