UPDATE: Went to Hokitika for the Wildfoods festival last weekend and just as I pulled into the camp site the car died and wouldn't start again. Turned out it was the fuel pump. Picked the car up yesterday (have been driving a POS rental Corolla for a week) and the bill was nearly $1100!!! (incl. rental car costs) Thankfully my mechanical warranty covered most of that, so I was left to pay just $250. So, after that little debachle funds are a bit tight. I'm getting the M3 mirrors painted for free through work, so they'll hopefully be on the car just after Easter! Have also added an OEM leather handbrake handle, better OEM rear speakers, replaced the door sill trim on the passengers side which was cracked and got the good old Kiwi shoe polish onto the worn parts of the leather seats. Also, thanks for all the positive comments everyone, it's very encouraging and I'll put more pics up soon!

Welcome along mate! Nice tidy looking 320i... I remember seeing it on Trademe oh I don't know... about 4 months ago I guess!! Definitely remove that M Badge, a can of adhesive/wax remover from Supercheap will do the trick, then slide some dental floss behind the badge to remove it. Also, your fogs don't look like they're OEM.... can you flush mount them or find some genuine ones instead?

This has been covered many times.... do a quick search. However: Off the top of my head. Front are 5.25" midrange in the footwells with tweeters in the door panels. Rears are 4.5" in bass reflex enclosures. In other words, non-standard speaker sizing. For more info, start searching! Good luck!

If they were 17's I'd be all over them like white on rice! I'm imagining that's what a lot of others think too.... the fact they're 5 stud (so they don't fit E30's) and only 16x8. You got any other Hartge parts lying around? PM me!

My fuel pump died last weekend.... getting the car back on the weekend hopefully! I also noticed some grunt issues above 5500rpm before it crapped out completely.... let's hope this cures it!

Imports are quite expensive in Australia due to tariffs and importation laws designed to protect the Australian car industry. Not sure how much of a difference in cost there is to ship your own car over to Oz though.

On E36 cars that denotes the memo function on the OBC going off (kind of like an alarm clock). Not sure if it's the same on E30's.
