You must be stoked man. A lot of set backs. Sounds good. Do a skid
-
It will. We use a G25 with prologue, and it works flawlessly. Hmm, manual conversion or PS3 + GT5... Decisions.

If you get the older model PS3s (before the slim came out) and you haven't updated the firmware, you can actually use the PS3 as a decent spec PC, with linux on it. This is good for being a media centre, and you can run emulators and apps on. It's quite nerdy, which I think is fun. If that isn't your bag, a normal PS3 can be used as a media centre also. It's not quite as good as say, XBMC, but it's adequate. You can plug a FAT32 formatted HDD into the front USB, and just stream from there. Pretty cool I think. I'll be picking one up soon

I like them when they're done with a light coat, like this:

Looks about a billion times better on these rims than those other ones you have. Not a fan of the overly dark tail lights, but it's looking much better. I thought the Hartges were cracked?

Epic Starlet

They are 3 piece, but as Oli said they've been welded together, usually from factory. No idea why. They can be removed if you want to get wider outer barrels, but at the cost of ~$30 per rim, before barrels it gets pretty expensive.
-
Just like my rims but 15s. Silly how they're welded between the pieces, but apparently most Japanese multipiece rims are like this. Hmm.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Subaru ownership. Nothing wrong with bugeyes, especially if they look like this:

+1 to jumping on the bandwagon for building your own. When you build your own, if you know what you want to do ie. silent home theatre, gaming, video editing etc, you can tailer all your own equipment. Plus, in the future when the computer needs to be upgraded or a part breaks out of warranty, you stand a higher chance of actually being able to fix it. Ever tried upgrading or fixing a part on a Dell? Their design means that their hardware works with only their hardware ie. if the CPU breaks, you can't just get another CPU to fit. You need a whole new motherboard + CPU combo. That's if you're lucky enough to have it fit in the standard case. Go custom, every time.

No gearbox mounts sorry. Car is diamond schwartz metallic. Boot has holes for spoiler. Would need one hell of a cut and polish, or a repaint.

Looks like it's a plastic airbox in this one. My mistake. Should be sold to a friend, but if he doesn't come through then I will sell the front left strut. Will let you know. Thanks Here you go:
-
4 door sorry. Yep I'll get a photo of the airbox up when my flatmate comes back. Cheers

Haha I'm sure you can get a hold of one down south somewhere, making one would be a mission and a half!! Forgot, engine can come with full loom, starter, ancillaries etc. Check with me to be sure

I do, but that's for me . Sorry

Ok, well I'm wrecking an SA E30 325i. Parts available soon will be: 3.64 medium case. Worked fine. $150 Half shafts. $50 for the pair. Gauge Cluster. $45. Facelift tail lights. $45 the pair, good condition. Standard springs. Box of Corona Radiator: $80 Everything else is pretty much a wreck, but ask if there are any other parts you need, I could possibly have it. Cheers edit: can do better prices for a package, and I am willing to swap for some e30 parts ie. rubber gearbox boot, euro plate filler, tech 1 spoiler

Door cards also aren't worth 95 I believe, especially in that semi-rare fabric. I got some a week or two ago from another user for $20. Shady has some too but I have no idea how much he wants for his.
-
Looking good. I vote go for the tech 2 sides without the pods, like this:
-
An M20 at ~8000rpm will sound amazing. Need sound clip asap
-
I can't find one anywhere. Surely someone here has a few spare? Preferably cheap. It's the metal cased relay that sits underneath the dashboard on the glovebox side. edit: Number on the relay is 1 154 894 .2

Any 4 door full carpet?
-
Problem with the CLS is it only has 4 seats.

Shhh, no he's not. My E30 is worth 6-8k Keep in mind there are 2 hugely different markets for E30s. There are people that view them as a viable alternative to another RWD car ie. Skyline, Cefiro etc. And then there is us, the enthusiasts that seem to scour trademe every 20 minutes looking for the next bargain E30. I know before I bought mine I was trying to track them down every day. My view is OK E30s (reasonable cond, needing repairs on body or small leaks etc, ripped bits on interior) is $3500>$5000. Good E30s (well maintained, paint touched up or new paint job, good interior) is $5000>$7000. And then The exceptional E30s (Mint recaro leather, LSD, maybe some headers and a tune) are worth $7000+. Mtechs are another market altogether.
