Yep, it's just a matter of me taking it out. Might tackle that today

Probably my favourite car on Bimmersport. GLWS. Make sure it goes to a good owner

Took the engine out of one. No dramas there. Attempted to replace the fuel pump in the other, only to find that the pressure was too low once we eventually got it fitted. This is after making small adapters on a jig as the return/pressured lines are reversed. Who'd have thought out of 3 E30 325is the fuel pumps are different on every single one.

Struts should be gone to APT, but I can definitely hold the swaybars for you. Cheers
-
Bump, take away the random sports seat bases and parts. Engine is sold. Swaybars should be available now too, $50 for front and back. Good upgrade for a 318i/320i Struts with hubs, $50 takes all 4.

Is this the alfa that parks at Repco? If so, I always admire it when I go in there.
-
We've all been there. I know I have. A rattle gun made this process a million times easier, no need to load up pressure or anything.
-
I dig it. New spacers and ride height make it imo

Nice man. Will be interesting to see the sideskirts How did you go about smoking the headlights? Do they still produce as much light as before?
-
I love the metal mask DR30s. FJ20s are choice engines too.
-
Bump. Engine should be gone next weekend, but the rest of the parts are still there.

So if petrol goes under $1 a litre, would you accept a job with the minimum wage of $5 as it was at the time and all the benefits that higher gas prices bring? ie. new roads. Think about it. I should've kept the Honduh. Oh well, driving is a hobby for me anyway. It just means I have to forgo more in order to drive as much as I used to. Probably a good thing

At a time when everyone seems to want a manual E30 325i, this is massively underpriced. Hence the 6 unanswered questions within a day.
-
Seems to be very cheap for what it is. LSD, Alpinas, engine work. I'd jump at it, provided there is no major rust
-
I love it. It isn't what I'd normally like, but I see it as a rolling piece of art and expression. Oh, and <3 Ronals

Isn't that ridiculously slow for ADSL2? We're on slingshot in Hamilton. During the day we can DL off rapidshare at 1.6mbs and our line speed is 13mbs. At night, this slows down to a download speed of 15kbs. Customer service is absolutely shocking

That stance is so on point. Love it

I'll put in my 2 cents. You're young, so chances are (you mayyyy be different) you'll drive like a knob and either a) crash it or get fines That is, if it lasts long enough to get you fines. It's obviously been treated hard. It's a cop magnet, gauges, front mount, zorst, sternal and sh*t bey. Do yourself a favour and get a car you can afford to maintain, feed and insure.
-
My pet hate is "gizzers" with an external wastegate with the spring set to 6 pounds or so. They sound like absolute sh*t, and go nowhere. For maximum effect, get a sick fron' moun', wif twenny poun', and gate til all the honies fall into the back seat of your car. I've done the whole boyracer car thing, at a young age, and while it is fun you have to ask yourself whether you're going to drive like a knob in it and get fines. You don't want fines, they're not fun.

I don't dig it at all

Logitech G25 or G27. There is no substitute (in NZ)

Before I bought my stupid amounts of E30s, I was looking at buying that one. It was in Chch, with standard 15' basket weaves. It had quite a bit of rust in the passenger side gaurd bottom, and failed a wof on it. It's obviously been repaired, so it might be ok. It just means check it out for more serious rust.
