-
Since we are on this topic, Where can you get the right kind (WOFable) of braided lines for an e30 and roughly how much for a set?
-
A bonnet LOL thats fricken cool!
-
I never even heard about this happening in the first place. But it travelled 250m from the initial impact. Whaaaaaaaaat?! Thats 1/4 a KM..
-
$380 bottom offer. BRAND NEW. Probably the best shocks you could get for your e30
-
Need to make contact with him a.s.a.p about a diff swap we are doing but I need his cellphone number if someone is able to PM it to me, cheers..
-
The chassis are the same, so I would say yes it will fit.
-
OZ futuras are sick. Do want.
-
Nah I pulled that big red power cable out, I know the one you are talking about it has one part going to the starter motor but I swapped the m20 starter power cable because it has the battery terminal clamp on it. I figured it anyways, the red wire to power and I pealed the shielding off the other wire and its a group of brown wires so obviously the ground..
-
So much cleaner than having a big switch box. I reckon paint it black to blend in with the interior
-
Do these 2 connections go to the + battery? The ones sitting on the manifold, 1 wire is red so I'm guessing its the ECU power and there is another one coming off the just before the diagnostic connector does that go to + battery power too?
-
And just cos project threads are interesting with moar picturez.
-
haha yeh i did, you can see it in the brake booster picture. If I forgot I would have rather pulled the engine out than try put the start in with the engine in the car. Wow the exhaust side is a Tight fit.
-
Tight fit!! Lucky I pulled the grinder on the intake manifold before I put it in or else that would have been even more of a tight squeeze. On the home straight Oh and oopz..
-
$400 shipped. 2x brand new Koni adjustable shocks. Damn good price..
-
You can use a t-50 torx socket on the end of a ratchet. Much much faster.
-
That is disgusting. Whatever it is.
-
Haha yeah it was up as high as my jack would lift the car so if it didn't fit under I would have been screwed. It barely scraped through from underneath. Now just gotta lift it up and bolt it in. Was gonna have it in today but CBF.
-
^ What he said. Theres also 4 19mm bolts ontop too holding it to the subframe.
-
Are you talking about the 4 bolts on the input of the diff? Keep the car in gear or have the handbrake on to stop it from spinning and get a 17mm spanner and just whack it until they are freed. If you know what you are doing you can have it done in an hour.
-
Dope as F*ck. That last picture is awesome man.
-
Hah, I just use it to get the oil sump bolts out. I don't dare use it to tighten anything.
-
Gavin from Euro Italian can supply new exhaust studs. When I replaced mine I just tightened them in place without any loctite.
