I'm looking for a recommendation to have someone redo the map on my rallycar (Link ECU). It's not making as much power as I believe it should so I'm also after someone who can put a scope on the ignition system to make sure that everything is working as intended when the engine is under load.

I entered Suzie into Hauraki's Iron Maiden competition, mainly to wind her up but she got into the top 50 so lets see if we can get her into the finals http://www.hauraki.co.nz/win/haurakis-iron...p-50?media=5040 Cheers Craig

Speaking as someone who is running E30 trailing arm suspension on gravel - it's fine.

It's in the same area, but the WRC didn't use that particular road.

I'd go with an OEM rubber one, I had a urethane one from Ireland engineering fail on the 2002. The working temperature of urethane is quite a bit lower than nitrile rubber and in the 2002 the coupler sits very close to the exhaust - your mileage may vary

The very first thing you need to do, is to join a Motorsport NZ affiliated car club (see http://www.motorsport.org.nz/clubs/ . It's a requirement to belong to a club to get a race licence, but by joining before you start building your car it will put you in contact with a bunch of people who are normally more than willing to give advice & help.

Hi, I'm after a diff from a later model E21 (80 or later). It's the type with the 6 bolt side covers & the output flanges are held in with snap rings like an E30 diff. I don't care about ratio as I only really need the housing, side covers & output flanges so it could be a damaged one. For those that are curious, I'm attempting to use an LSD center, the ratios from a small E30 diff & parts from a 2002 diff to build a 4.45 ratio LSD for Veroncia. It was all going swimmingly well until I went to insert the output flanges. The ones I have are held in with a circlip on the inside of the spider gears so they don't work with my diff centre even though the spline is the same. It's quite possible that I may get away with just the later output flanges.

Just to be a bit different E39 528 15.3L/100 km but that's towing the 2002 on a trailer which I thought was pretty good
