I blame it on a lack of LSD, I grounded the back out and the drive wheels was on the gravel verge, had to pull up the hand break up a bit to get traction to both wheels witch turned into a massive uphill line lock, part gravel/grass/tarmac and garden.. Water blaster is what you need.

Would be a good repower project!! Why do things like this pop up when times are tight.

That is a good effort Lady525, where the hell were you going? I remember going round to a chicks place I used to see, after staying part of the night she told me I had to leave as not to get her in trouble with her olds and to be really quite when leaving as not to wake her dad who was a local biker type tough guy, got my excessively low and noisy car stuck on their drive right outside her parents window and ripped up half their drive and garden in an panic effort to get the hell out of there... Good times.

Agreed. IMHO they just look wrong on a E46. Might be just me but they look beter on boxy cars.

Nice, sweet looking car! Nice mods. You can’t put a ring sticker on your car without first driving it.. its a no no. Gran Turismo doesn’t count

That’s $1,363NZ a wheel. Not that bad really, I have paid more for a set of wheels and they weren’t half as cool as those…it was the 90’s. A set of these would cost you over 20k
-
That sux, If your car is stolen chances are they will steal the said wheels and therefore dispose of any evidence the vehicle had them… tell them it had stock wheels an get the money to replace them. What’s a set of new 15†basket weaves worth? Well over 2k I would think.

X2 Stupid add pisses me off. Now if it was a M3..

Not sure what a froghumper is Simon Here are some more shots of my new favourite car… Seems these wheels are popping up on lots of Euro’s, regardless of brand.. Guess what they are riped from.

Lol at Joker cat Like colour.... Megane R26.R BIG PIC

They dropped the BMW engine a while back apparently. They now run a much more powerful Chevrolet 7.0ltr V8.

Hey, technology will keep us hooked. Watch the same stunts done by a Rally driver in the 80’s filmed with 80’s equipment and it would look rather boring. Has certainly got a lot of attention though, I like the way DC Shoe Co have mad Gymkhana sexy and cool! Being a car geek has never been beter.

Spotted this on the road a couple of weeks back… I was starting to doubt whether or not my eyes were fooling me but this morning I saw this will be on Close Up tonight with Mark Sainsbury riding shot gun, might have been them that I spotted! It’s one awesome BMW powered, kiwi built machine. Sorry for the dig up, some of you may be interested, imagine if you missed it while watching Shortland Street instead! edit. Spelling

Sorry I cant help you, there are lots for sale on here and on trade me though. Can I ask why you would prefer a Japanese import?

Dutch as in everyone gets to drift for cheap or Dutch as in Holland? That don’t look like Holland to me.

Nice, hate that culdisack, have got bogged there myself, all you can do is drive around and try and get traction out, looks like you got stuck good and proper. 80’s cars shouldn’t be in the same frame as classic cars, to much contrast.

X2. Im in for a bit of both, one of our cars does less than a 1,000km a year and yet we pay the same in registration for it, the Beemer does less than 5,000 and has a the same safety as a paper bag, the other does 20,000km but has 10 airbags and a European five star safety rating.

old lady PIMP stlz.

Just fit some E30 brakes to it, she’ll be wrapped with results! Are the brakes completely un-progressive?
-
July is a good month for the 09 calendar.. perfect placement for this shitty time of the year. Nice group of e30’s there!

The track is very flat, looks like it’s had a ton of repairs. There was a Renault Sport Clio RS at the last track day I attended, it confused the hell out of some exotic machines, maimed all but the track tyre and caged cars in the corners. Thanks for sharing.

I have been pulled up buy a Maxima and a Mazda 6.. they are driving allsorts these days Easy to spot a Detective’s car, the VE commodore was not available with steel wheels to the public, even the base spec Omega has alloys. I don’t think a Detective will pull you over anyhow, they have bigger fish to fry. Best thing is to stick to 110 and listen to some good music… or take the back roads.

The one in the Atom 500 is Supercharged and im sure it was developed in England joining two motorcycle engines at the crank! It’s in the latest Autocar Magazine. Would love to hear sound it makes!

That sounds like a very nice little unit. The 2.4 would go great in a replica Lotus 7 kit car. This show was good value last year, some very nice cars.
