And spotted the Coolest car I have ever seen on the road the other day, it was the Hulme Supercar in Manukau, was covered in dirt and the drivers were wearing WW1 fighter pilot etire, looked f**king amazing.

Cool. Haven’t seen one of those since the 80’s. There was a very tidy burgundy 84/50ci with some very tasty BBS 17†RS’s parked ileagally at the Airport drop off zone last night. Looked good.

It’s just a Carbon fibre pod enclosure, contact Simota for details, I think Jono and M&T direct (forum sponsor) can provide Simota.

Lachsiber Metallica (s) Thanks guys. I have fitted the clear repeaters to the front now and once I find some silver-Orange bulbs I’ll take some more photo’s, would also like to show off my cleaned up interior. Really happy with the results, it’s nice to finally have the whole thing looking mint, the tear in the seats, non M-tech front fixed up look great and rear bumper that had been glassed to fix where a tow ball once was is perfect. Has a few dents and stone chips but I don’t want to repaint any of the body preferring to keep it original. Needs more power and some Viagra.

Was just thinking that, I remember looking for these for my Astra over two years ago. Mazda made the Black with time attack lip (available in Silver/Red) BBS CH popular when they used them first on there Mazdaspeed 3 MPS a couple of years ago. IMO Look good on white, silver and especially red. Fail on most other colors.

As are mine bro, looks like yours have had the bottom section recovered also, mine are the other Grey/Black pattern. Must get some pictures to whore with. Tidy cloth looks so much better than worn out leather eh!

Mint interior, not often you see cloth M-Sport seats in that gooda nick.

Dangerous was the firs album I ever owned…that and MC Hammer the same day. Good times. A true musical legend. R.I.P KOP. Thriller is still the best Music Video ever.

Not me. I have dumped mine in the corner of the garage and disconnected the battery like some old sloppy girlfriend who stopped putting out and replaced it with a much much younger and fitter frenchie! Plus if my car was visible I would never have any fog lights on. Could have been my cars long lost brother, hell BM’s old one…

Black AC’s with a red lip would look good, there was a red Ti with black AC wheels at Taupo track day last week, looked good… Didnt seem to make it faster though.

I don’t mind them, what do they do exactly?
-
I mean guys that do it with a car that isn’t low.. My office overlooks a speed bump, you be surprised at the amount of people that angle that sh*t out.. and the people that do have low cars that just race over it at 40k.

My bad Cam. I was under the impression that Continental work on, restore and store Porsches that make this thing look modern, and that their staff are factory trained and are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all things Porsche. My mistake.

Front fogs are bright and light up about one meter in front of and beside the car, useless for anything other than fog and narrow parking spots. They don’t personally bother me on most cars, I if anything feel embarrassed for the knob driving that thinks they look cool.. Much like the guy that crosses over a speed bump in a stock height car or that guy with a Nissan Cefero that thinks its cool. It’s just my opinion, not a personal attack. I say rock on with your front fogs blazing you crazy cool kids Orange dash light is rears.. Daemon Red light! !

They just assume you are a triad and leave it alone.

I think Greg was taking the piss… well I hope he was! My uncle has one and still asks the petrol pump attendants to check the Oil and Water These are built like brick sh*t houses, if maintained properly it will serve you well. Brand new porches still leak oil. Take in into Continental and ask for an inspection.

Well done, that’s a fair valuation. I had one done on mine and the guy didn’t even look at the car, just came back saying they were worth bugger all.. If you wouldn’t mind PM/TXTing me to let me know who did yours. There have been next to none available for the last few years so they do get a lot of interest, I have had serious offers over 11k and up to 15k just to test if id let it go. When listed on TM last year I could have sold it for 11 the same day! If you could find a rough touring for a good price it would be well worth investing some TLC in.

I can see where your old spoiler was dog? Get some cutting compound on that sh*t!!!

Welcome to BS. Have had a E46 328i in our family for nearly ten years now and we still love it, well maintained they are just as good as a new model 325i. Enjoy.

That’s last year’s stuff. Looks like an ok price, do some digging and I bet you could find it for half that, at the end of the season the teams just wholesale it all off at next to nothing, I brought a container load of stuff a few years back. Got a host of this year’s gear at the Melbourne GP including a lush Puma Race Jacket.

Such a nice car, he works for Mr Apple I tidied it up for him… firsts week he owned it his kid drove his three wheeler straight down the side One day the precious shall be mine again, oh yes…. Evil laugh

Loved that about the E60, such a nice place to be. Man I miss my E60 The Renault has rain sensing wipers also. Problem is you become spoilt and when driving an older car you expect it to turn the lights on when it gets dark and wipe the screen when it rains!

Good you have it sorted. Couple of tips for future reference. Make sure the seat base is raised as high as possible, push the recline handle down to jack the seat up. You may have figured this but it took me a while to click as to why I didn’t have access. Also, be careful when re-installing seats, the cross over bar that unlatches the slide back and forwards mechanism is held in place with crap plastic clips, if you get the slides miss aligned and get aggressive re-aligning them they will break. All obvious stuff to most people most likely.

The fact I don’t have to drive the piece of sh*t every day.. but when I do it’s an occasion.... then something else breaks.
