no has to be a e34 540i type as has the cooler underneath . you couold use a e32 740i with the trans lines and front cooler . electrics have to match up. maybe could use one from a early e38 740i m60 type , but would need to swap electrics over or swap drums , clutches etc over . I know a good trans guy

inside pics may sell complete make a great V8 farm hack have parts to fix it

e39 ??? common issue is the control box on the pump , can get them repaired . you can still drive the car with the box , just no abs or speedo [email protected] 021433600 but check all the sensors 1st . especially the left rear one near the exhaust pipe

approx. 1991 , there are some 91 m20's and 1990 m50's etc. I know of a m50 525i mtec 5spd 10th year jap special one that may be for sale. also a 525iT auto , needs body work and other things

have plenty of good low km replacements . some on the rack , and some still in the cars . at BMWORLD I just had a mtec 2 e30/e28 steering wheel recovered recently and cost me about $350 . only bothered as it was the smaller size one was the suede type and had gone all yuk , replaced with black leather
