BUMP someone must want a mint low km nz new m50b25 engine for there e30 conversion or e34 e36 e39 etc also mint front leather seats , fit any e36 model , retro fit into a e30 with some adaptor plates etc 3.73 diff ?

30 years old this year have given it a small birthday gift .... new springs and shocks fitted (kings front ,ebach rears ) koni adjustable shocks . e34 540i front and rear brakes 540i brake master and servo unit , also the brake bomb was swapped out. sits and rides better and can actually stop now

unplug the maf and see if it revs out . cats ?? undo a bolt plug in the manifold before the cats and see if it revs out . maybe undo and the flanges and look into them with a bright light. see if they rattle heaps when you bang them

try wheel alignment then reset the active steering to centre , will need a proper scan tool to do it

pity you are at the bottom of the world. why not just do the conversion , doesn't take long and will add heaps to the value

change the viscous and that top hose , they must be working properly or you will have over heating issues

coils hardly ever fail . crank sensors are very important , does everything , but don't often fail on these . the mount they mount to can come loose or break sometimes. misses are normally related to spark plug leads(high resistance) ,spark plugs, dizzy cap , rotor etc so check all those first . then ecu issues , but not that common . worn out afm .will causes fuelling issues , rough running , bad idle etc . fuel pressure regs sometimes fail leak fuel down the vac hose.
