you need to reduce the pic size to 800 by 600 or link the pics from another website like this http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=420933960

yes most 4hp22 from m20 engines will fit e30 320i 325i 323i e28 520i e34 520i 525i . just check output flange type is the same , also check the electrical plug size and number of pins etc etc some e28's came with the electronic switchable type box which has the sports, ecno and manual switch in the console if it has this type you will need to replace it with that type again , ormuck around fitting the mechcanical kick down cable etc. the 525e also had a sleightly different torque convertor set up sop it locks up much earlier than the other m20 type. i have a manual pedal box , driveshaft , flywheel and clutch for one of these if you can find a suitable getrag 260 box from a preface lift 325i or 525e etc has to have place for the crank sensors to mount in the bellhousing for the flywheel trigger pick up point

hi , yes worth fixing your e28 properly as e34 e32 3.5L engines have less power than the e28 type. e28 535i 218hp 310Nm 10:1 compression ratio e34 535i 211hp 305Nm 9:1 compression ratio but as said before the later blocks dont have some casting holes for the engine mounts. you could make some adaptors if you really had to , you can run the e34 engine on the e28 loom /ecu etc. you could fit the e34 head and intake manifold to your e28 engine but it will lower the compression a bit. so power will be down a bit best to get the correct head or swap in another e28 , e24 ,e23 type 3.5L engine 1983-1987

sorry i have the same sort of system in my e28 with the 540i brake discs etc.750i master cylinder , e28 hydro booster setup. but i dont see why you couldn't fit it into another car , no real point though. unless you need more room beside the engine.
-
the brakes on the 540i's are a hydrolic booster system not a vaccum booster system , so they do have different fell to them , sort of delayed progressive feel. so all the hydrloic system has to be in top order. good clean/new p/s fluid . new brake fluid , no leaks around the hydolic assisted booster system including the brake bomb (down below and behind the left headlight) the brake bombs fail over time and will need replacing. the hydolic booster can leak p/s fluid. also make sure the brake pads and discs have plenty of meat on them. i use the same brake disc/pad setup on my e28 and they work really well.

i used papakura proformance
