my mate has a usa spec m3 engine S52B32 good for 240-260hp , singale vanos type

buy the one i have for sale for $4k and has a 3L engine too

also there is a silver sticker on the side of the ecu that has the vin number of the car , so you can check on carjam and bmwfan.info pages etc

double check the length make sure not too long should have some slack . 6cyl engine sit 25mm further back than 4cyl so shaft needs to be shorter as do the shifter parts etc check the uni joints on the shaft have not seized etc

driveshaft to long ? stuffed uni joints ? what shaft was used , front and rear halfs from what models ? what size diff etc , small or med?

fuel pump dying ? not putting out much fuel

yea all good points and no the usa never got the 525i 528i etc , they had plenty of the 528e we call them 525e m20b27 , if you can find a earlier e28 e24 version , no no issue with mounts etc , e34 loom is easy to sort , plumbing is easy to sort just use all your old hoses etc have done many swaps and mods with e28 e34 etc etc , turbo etc m88 etc call me if you like 021433600

yea why turbo a small engine when a bigger capacity engine is a easy bolt in , go for a later e34 e32 535i 735i type with newer ecu etc

swap out engine to a 3.5l 1st then if you want more power , turbo it etc

have some spare premium front woofers if needed
