airbags go off , pretensioners ,srs battery switch and sometimes the control module gets fried . some engineers wont sign off on used airbags fitted etc ,

best to get it scanned ,

you know the whole front end of these are ali ?? have to be repaired properly and with special glues , revits etc , all those front msport parts are expensive and rare , im selling a whole complete 2003 545i with wof and reg for $4500 , I bet you cant put that car back together for that

BUMP just doing a final strip down of this car engine and box sold most other parts available silver trims tow bar doors , guards , bumpers . glass , mats cd stereo lights head liner wheels brakes diff , suspension etc etc

just order a new key from bmw

have one that needs some stitching and another with some wear etc as they all do

switch wires goes up into the ecu box area , i think taps into one of the relays there

no its a outside temp sensor mounted in the brake duct on rhs I think , tells the heater unit . valves , just open it up and check it out
