  1. my mate is looking for a M20 getrag 260 manual gearbox from 325i 323e 525e with sensor pick up points or at least the castings on the front of the bellhousing so we can drill them out to fit . or might consider a box with out these , maybe we could convert it to a newer motronic system . its to go into a e28 525e . thanks 021433600 like in the picture attached
  2. yes normally a 325i uses a 6 bolt medium case diff
  3. yes thats right . the only other thing if your 320i uses a 6bolt medium case diff , you might need to swap the axles (bearing hubs etc)over from your e30 subframe
  4. also have bigger brake kit for the front and rear if needed from a 328i 323i etc . i think the e36 style wheels (offset) will work fine some guys use 5 seires style wheels but have to play with the guard clearences etc
  5. i'll try and be there , bring kids and there bikes down to ride in the mud for a while
  6. yes have some still on the car 021433600 papakura

  8. you wont get that crank from a e23 733i or 633csi its only a 86mm crank.you will get from a mucher older e9 3.3L from about 1974 area very rare though. easiest one to get is teh e32 735i e34 535i 86mm crank and fit to the older 3.5L block with the 93.4mm bore then bore that out more .
  9. baverian motors do a bit of modding etc .there is a good read from a bmw uk mag about power upgrades for m52b28 . m30 is also quite tuneable and loads more torque
  10. one of the little drive cogs in the odo gear mech breaks . easy enough to swap it out from a donar odo meter
  11. just pulled this rear end out of a 97 318ti . also have front struts etc to match . $350 for rear end (not including the diff head but that can be brought) just use your old e30 diff etc $200 for front struts . 021433600
  12. i have just the thing to do , older 3.5l block with newer 3.4L crank . make about 100cc more then do oversized custom pistons and end up with about a 3.66L
  13. buy these. http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...n-222328768.htm
  14. yes . from the one you got the hoodlinning from . also have a silver one for a bit of flashness

  16. good luck , waited a few years for mine to come up
  17. mine runs 235/45- 17" front on 8.5" rim. 255/40-17" on a 10" rim , the 255 looks streched a bit . wouldn't go bigger than 17" for nz roads etc
  18. could be driveshaft hanger bearing , diffs dont normally give much trouble unless you have been doing some smoking with it
  19. yes there are a few differences . see photo.
  20. do you need teh columm or just the ign barrol and holder? can do . ign switch /key etc straight away . but wont be pulling the columm out for a little while .
