its easy to stick a 535i manual engine and gearbox kit into a e34 520i 525i 530i just etc dont use a v8 shell. not much wiring if any to do when fitting to a 520i or 525i , if you use a older m20 shell no major wiring exceot maybe moving th battery to go under the back seat if you use a m50 engine car then a little bit of a adpator plug is needed to do where the engine plug ,plugs into the body loom . and maybe sawpping the rear arms or axles .diff etc to suit the bigger 535i stuff . -
yes auto use a 3.73 manuals use 2.93 or 3.15
-
maybe ,do you have pics . what is the wheel bolt pcd , offset and width etc
-
will be a spaec for teh factory 10 chanel amp . like this http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...n-217903177.htm , my e34 was missing one or not fitted so refitted it all back up , nice sounding factory system .

all e32 730i 735i 750i and e34 540i have the same front brakese32 use the same rear calipers as the e34 540i , but e32 have different discs to the e34 540i . also do stainless steel braiding brake lines for a nice tight brake pedal feel.

i have a nice 2.7L m20 botton end you coudl fit you head to it . $400
-
i think you will find gains of about 10hp for a remap . 40hp would require alot more $$$ liek headers , cams , pistons etc . i have a nice M44 engine 1.9L they have abit more torque . $1250. or fit a 2.5 or 2.8L with 5spd manual .

hi ,want to sell these 18" tsw alloys and tyres . but need some 16" or 17" alloys with tyres to replace these . value around $800 . would need some wheels and cash . 021433600

there will be a chasis number sticker on the ecu
-
try this one $3k for 540i thats alot of track proformance. http://www.bimmersport.co.nz/forums/index....c=22668&hl= or maybe sell and buy a cheap e34 535i manual have seen a few latly sell for around that sort of money ... shocks and springs first . but do all the bushes if the old ones are stuffed . i use teh v8 brakes on my car on the track , lap after lap no probs
-
i use a 17mm wheel bolt with 2 nuts locked onto it
-
depends if they know what they ahev . also only when mint etc . should be staggered as well maybe 2 9" and 2 10"
-
would look at the blue 525i 93 or the dark blue 94 525i (probably the better option) or ian's 540i .
