hi thanks for the offer , but not keen on white with blue leather . cheers . i agree e34 looks better than e34 . yes just seen that one , there is also another like it with a few more k's , but not sure on the colours ,there was a nice silver one with black leather the other day with 130k nz new , almost brought it for $12k but was to slow at getting there , and now that my hartge 535i has sold , i am kicking myself. might check out the green one with low k's see how flexible he is . have been offered a 98 540i 120k for $16plus on road stuff silver with black leather 18" tv etc might have been japanafied took a black on black 99 e39 540i 97k for a drive the other day from a car yard . drove like sh^*&t , they must have never driven it on the motorway , put my foot down , lots of revs not going anywhere and massive shudders comming through from trans/driveshaft or something . my e28 would have left it for dead. oh well keep looking

i agree , dont run power wires next to rca ones and also turn down gain level on your amp. make sure your headunit has good earth also . get better unsulating rca cables?

just picked up a 89 318ia coupe ,sleightly knocky cam ,borring blue piant , pretty straight no rust . seats worn(easy to swap with good ones) , cracked dash , rest of interior is good.straight front panels ,doors etc . black bumpers faded .leaking steering rack, but pretty honest car .with 15" something alloys, 125k .about $1k 021433600

the e34 hartge 535i i just sold , was a stolen recovered car a few years ago when i got it from the auctions , rang the old owner to see if he had a spare key . told me his wife was filling up with gas , went to pay and her freind was in the car had aknife held to her and told to get out , then they drove off with the car .

yes , used all genuine bmw parts from a parts car i parted out , even used the lighter e30 M20 flywheel from a 320i with e30 startermotor etc . works perfectly .

tell you what i did in my e34 535i. i have fitted a old sony deck with a 10cd deck in the boot . used all the original speaker wiring and speakers . fitted a sub in the boot fires through the ski bag hole . have 2 amps and 1 crossover network , 1 runs just the sub and the 4chanel amp runs the front and rear speakers , the difference in sound from the std head unit output is pretty good. cut the bass from the front and rears and send it all to the sub . roll it off at about 150hz for the front and drive the sub at about 60hz . sounds clean and can go pretty load enough . the factory speakers are tunned to work pretty good in the stock mounts and chambers . maybe up grade the tweeters to soft dome ones if they arnt already . i work in the stereo industry and have installed many stereo systems in my cars over the years , and i have to say this car has the best all round sound i have done . and it all looks stock , all hinded away except the sub thats mounted through the back seat panel
