yes if its the sills its stuffed , very rare for e34 to rust as they are mostly galvinised body's . is it just surface (from stone chips)or is it in the seams . if its a Uk import have seen a couple rusty ones . i have a mint body shell if needed . whats the reg and colour mightknow the car

get the dension unit if you want to keep original head unit .http://www.dension.com/oem2.php?car_id=837 . mate go with the plasma pioneer or panasonic ... lcd was originally only designed to be a small screen for portable stuff . plasma was engineered to replace crt andbe much bigger etc . lcd is a mecanical system(slow pixels that jam up some tim) with a back light thats always on so in the dark area of the picture the light still shines through. thats my 2 cents worth . more marketing is done on the lcd's because they make more profit on the panels so can throw more money at adverts etc .... cheers . lcd for your car . plasma for your home

yea looks like alot of work . i sold a tv/radio/tape kit from a e38 740i 95 2 young guys and myself on a friday night took about 3 hours to get it all out . took the young guy and maybe his mate about 9 hours the saturday to refit into his e38 728i. rings me about 6pm sat says he's watching C4 while driving along . good work

what head deck are you running that into (picture would be good) better to get direct link stereo in the dash . i can help there (in the business)

what do you need it for are you going to use it in your car , or for portable use walking etc . if for the car consider the car stereos that have a usb input ,plug in a usb stick or portable harddrive for all your songs .

dont think the fusible link works the key (just the fan ,wipers etc) likly to be faulty starter soliniod . try hitting the starter with a hammer or broom handle if it does it again , while you turn the key

left the front edge of the tray up a little and remove C clips on the headrest shafts holding the headrests in . also easier with C pillar covers removed

nice car check it out . 1888 330i 10spd only done 333,333km not bad for over a 100years old

i have heaps of M30 3.5 parts/engines etc . the manual box and kit is worth something . rusty body worthless , people only want good body parts . worn cloth interior worthless except maybe if it has the racaro type seats that arn't stuffed . things like bumpers , lights /grills will sell .

will be 1.9L . about 96 onwards are 1.9L
