my e28 M535i 1986 with 480,000km on it used to get with std M30 (218hp)engine about 10.5L per 100km around town and about 8.5L on a trip , now with a M5 engine and different diff to match the M5 engine it does about 12L per 100km and about 11L on a trip . not bad for 290HP i think. a bit better than currant model M5 by the looks . if i push it all the time about 13.5L per 100km my e36 coupe 92 325i 5spd does about 11.5L per 100km and not much better on a trip . i though there was something wrong with it but looks to be about normal. my e34 i had with hartge engine did worse 14-15L per 100km with suzanne driving and a bit better with me driving . a 750il i owned year ago used to do about 16L per 100km but they weigh a 2 tonnes and i pushed it when ever i could . 110L tank with potential on a trip to do 10.5L per5 100km . best car i had was a 87 VL commodore 3L straight six nissan engine 5spd manual with tall diff used to get upwards of 700km per tank on a trip (60L tank)

try euro car parts papakura . he has a few smashed e34 with busted mtec bumpers , you will have to go there and look yo self , asian guy not to good england

plenty of torque and good fuel ecnomy. stick your 323i head on it and get some out of it

very complex system if it goes wrong $$$$, more weight to the car . will be quicker , but they are a pain around town driving . are you looking at that one on TM

the wagon's come up every now and then , so you should buy this 750iL ready for when that hapens ,. make a great paddock racer in the mean time .ps.any one got a spare paddock that needs the grass removed i have the machine to do it

hi looks like the one on my sig pic . silver e28 . covers over te factory bumpers .std M-tec type used on M535i and M5 models . and have seen on some 528i as well. not sure on cost of the kit yet , original one is been all tidied up and preped for using as a mould . will let you know when final product is ready
