mine is the same . i have noticed some black arching around the fuse in the fuse box for the sunroof. give it a wiggle see if it works .

remove under dash panel drivers side , remove one lower vent pipe ( held by 2 pins)right up under close to fire wall , turn a plastic handle , remove old filter (breaks into 3 bits) clean out hole with a bottle bush or like. to fit new filter you have to break into 3 bits (pre broken marks) and slide it in on a fuuny angle with it bent around till you get it all in . now i have ,more air at lower fan speeds and runs cooler . had my cousin top up the gas a while ago but still wasn't proforming at its best i thought. and every e36 /e34 etc that has had a A/C filter always looked like %$#&^%*& when i have pulled them out . some links , but they are talking about LHD cars . http://www.bmpdesign.com/technical/install...ter_install.php http://www.unofficialbmw.com/repair_faqs/microfilter.html

i have driven both 740i and 750i in both e32 and e38 , buy the e38 750i . much nicer engine than the 8 , pulls much better from down low , you dont have to rev it and you are already doing much speed!!!!!!

bugger of a thing to get out . been there since 92 i think . black and full of leaves and %$&^(. $86 from bmw , well worth the effort now i can drive in coolness.

used to be ray meadows , i had a back seat ride in that car around puke , with chris couch waving the flag at us in a non helmeted session. wee hee!!

the rails are narrower and shorter . but just make up some plates the adapt them . easy

interesting the jeep comes in pretty low too . that sucks and its not even a proformance car like the others , at least the other have excuse to use so much fuel . and the old manual corolla comes in too.. i bet if bmw still made light e30 316i they would come in somewhere

hi you wont get a 540i manual for $5k .but there are a few 535i manuals floating around that price , 3-4k a bit rough or high k's etc . 5-8k for tidy one . 540i 5k for std auto with 200k or so ,8k for lower millage ones 130-180k 13k plus for 6spd ones very rare , only about 2 come up for sale per year and they are noramally the same cars going around

have e30 sedan 1990 with very sleight frontal . and some parts missing

well i have engine from 95 740i , and sump from e34 530i v8 . all electrics , ecu, engine loom , afm etc . e28 rad. some drive shafts . you will have to sort the rest

have most bits . to do this job , just pick up a 5spd or 6spd manual from germany. e30 V8 conversion driving report

na somebody with a e36 or like with loads of $$$$ to throw at it , shoe horn the m-v8 in .and race it. yea or a space frame kit car or like
