yes done one to my 325ci. parts are hard to find . cost $800-2000 for kit(when you can get them) . you can use a kit from a 325i 323i 320i m3 etc . you could use a box from m50 powered e34 also , but will need pedal stuff from e36 . just takes time (about 1 to 2 days). oh and you need a higher geared diff to match the gearbox ( all the m50 boxes have 1:1 top gear) like 3.25-3.45 etc

yea 4 seater family car .i surpose baby could lay inside the arm rest to make 5 seater

nice car is that warrens old car from hamilton . yes on a trip they will get 8.5-9L per 100km quite easily. not the M88 motor i have in the car now with the 3.73 diff instead of the 3.07 it used to have . those m30 3.5L high compression engines are great .

save up for engine and trans , do it at the same time . make sure you get the whole kit , from a smashed car or like . -

Will E34 M5 Flywheel fit E34 M30?
BM WORLD replied to wms's topic in Forced Induction & Performance Tuning
yes any m30 m88 etc . all the same bolt and size etc . i have a e28 m535i m30 flywheel behind a M88 m5 engine . no probs. but i think e34 m5 still run dual mass??? type , dont bother if they do . just get std e28 M30 528i 525i etc . (lighter) with older clutch from e28 to match -
doesn't sound like fun.bugger gull is my prefered gas station on my way to work

its not bad for the money k's are lowish . i have a freind who has one just like it . 1990-91 325ia black with black leather recaro's , motor has been over heated(by someone else) , we are fitting a 2.7L m20 engine to it. with a referbished hartge head ,hartge S/S headers , hartge rocker cover, converting to manual at the same time . has 16" hartge wheels , and rear spoiler .(looking for body kit of some sort) will be lowered on jamex 30mm springs . looking for buyer when finished . nice car in black , with a few goodies . has obc , A/C , and few other bits i cant remeber . will be up in the $8k mark. or less if you take it as not done , but with all the bits .
