My mate gave this to me, not sure where he found it but its freakin cool.

I purchased some pioneer cddj1000mk2's today plus a cdj1000mk3. Only used my mates ones a few times, but have been wanting my own set for awhile now. Anyone got any tips for a beginner?

Iv seen this a few times aswell, with this smoking hot blonde driving. Nice combo

How much for the front struts James? What are you using now? Or do u have a spare pair?
-
Doubt he'll have the evo arms and m3 struts. We'd know if he did, cos there'd be an s50 floating around too.

They people i ordered off, have now informed me that they wont be able to complete my order for at least a month due to demand. So now i think im just going to have piece together a kit from different sources. Does anyone know where i can get: - 318ti trailing arms - e36 m3 front struts (complete with spindle, hubs, brakes) - e36 m3 evo control arms Anyone know how much these parts would be from the dealer?

have you considered the flared wheel arch option? Ireland engineering do a kit www.bmw2002.com IMO m3 body kits look ridiculous. tyremate do fibreglass replica kits

Yeah i was talking to Steve about these a few weeks back. Any ideas what kind of hp gains these would get? I might get em just to tide me over till the s50 edit: also where would you get an airbox for these made?

You shouldnt rush, be patient and take your time, otherwise you'll break more sh*t.

Im not gonna lie that is f**king badass. I think after all the effort you've put into the dash, steering column, wing mirrors, etc it would be a shame to dedicate it to the track. Where did you get that exhaust manifold? Looks hori as Damn you for having garage space.
-
They're all good actually, its difficult to lose traction in the wet, but then again i dont have 400hp under the hood
-
Oh yeah, sorry thats what i meant.

Wish i had the skills/friends he has. Sick project.

Thanks for that link Incary, just what i needed. Are you running einbach's and koni's too? Looks exactly like the set i ordered. To CamB, iv always thought those seats look a bit naff, and i dnt want any part of my car honda . Im planning on tracking this car as much as possible so newer technology with 4 point harness compatability is what im after. To be perfectly honest im only after the s50, turbos on non turbo engines can never be as reliable as a NA. To Antil33t, The engine needs a little tlc but it'll be priced appropriately. Id love to see the whole system go as a whole, it makes your stock 325i an entirely different animal

Thought i should get organised and start a project thread. Heres a few pics of the car from when Ray had it: And a few of her in current state: Current setup includes: Suspension: H&R Springs, Bilstein Shocks, Sway bars, Front Strut Brace Engine: MapEcu2, Stainless Headers, Straight through twin pipes Plans for the next few months: 5 lug conversion, s54 transplant, recaro sportster cs front seats, black suede headliner and rear tray, new knob. Not sure what rims to run with the new setup but maybe some 17" style 5's edit: updates

im thinking my wheels would look super slick on this ride

Got mine off a dude on ebay. Pretty pricey but they look like they came fully red new, absolutely no difference from the rest of the rear light and they're never gonna fade.
-
well ive sourced some m3 fronts and ti rears + einbach springs and koni shocks, both adjustable so the new setup should be primo as g

Will look them up, cheers
