Yeah i had a look today and it seems that they are the same. On another note. I need to run a vacuum hose from the plenum to the me2 system, do i have to get a two way metal thingy or will a t junction do fine to split the fuel presure reg/absolute manifold pressure?

Bagged me a map-ecu 2 system today, and im preparing mentally for wiring it up. I've got the wiring diagrams from an e34 (Boris's car), but this system has not been logged on an e30 before. Does anyone know if the wiring colours/shielding are the same on an e34 as they are on an e30? This would make the job a whole lot easier if they are. edit: spellig

So i rang the panel beaters yesterday evening and told the boss to have a look for my "lost" torch. Today i ring up and surprise surprise "the apprentice took it out so the paint shop guys would'nt steal it, its sitting on the bench here". I go down to pick it up and when i go to leave the shop with my torch in hand the apprentice says to the boss "so where was it?" At least i got my torch back though.

A few weeks ago i had an accident, long story short i was rammed off the motorway by a 16 wheeler truck at 100kmph. Insurance got this repaired with no excess as the truck driver was at fault. The panel work completed by the panel beater was satisfactory and he shaved my door locks and rolled the guards for free (as they were damaged in the accident). I was chuffed with this until i noticed today that my glove-box torch is now missing, and my left rear door has been keyed up nicely. This seriously f**ks me off, so much so, i almost created the headline "BMW driver beats panel beater". Anyone else had a similar experience?
