Macs look funky and have a nice interface but that is about it. A mate of mine got mac notebook few weeks ago, because he really wanted a mac, but now spends 90% of his time on it running Windows inside a virtual machine. Why? Because most of the tools he needs for his job are just not available for Mac. So it kind of beats the purpose. And he could have saved himself at least $1000 if he got the same spec Windows based laptop. That is the biggest problem with Macs IMHO.

Try German Automotive in Glenfield, I've used them a couple of times last year, was happy with their work.

My vote goes to Ponsonby Road.

Did anyone watch Hungarian GP qualifying? Massa was hit in the head by a spring from Barrichello's car and crashed into tyre wall. Skull fracture, currently sedated and on respirator. What a freak accident, I really hope he pulls through. Youtube link

Luckily no one got seriously hurt. Seems to me that a lot of people just switch off their brain when they get into driver's seat.

OT, but parking fines are not that expensive here. When I was in Amsterdam recently, got 52 euro parking fine for being 2 hours overdue. Thats over $100 in today's conversion rate.

When you are leaving your current job in 2 weeks and can't be arsed doing any work, so you jump on BS every 5 minutes because its more interesting than doing any sort of work

I got travel insurance just last week for my trip to Europe. Its with TravelSure, got it through Flight Center at the same time as I was paying for tickets. $239 for full insurance, no excess. Seems like a reasonable price.
