This is on stanceworks but Mike is a BMW fanantic for sure and what a lucky dude to even step into the garage and see all these amazing cars at one place and all in PERFECT condition! click here

Wow, there is quite a few pilots on this forum haha. I have my CPL already and a aerobatics rating + taildragger and will be moving down to queenstown soon to fly the pitts for a while!

That E46 looks reckless, I'm curious to see what he did with the diff. welded?
-
From what I know, the E46 standard M3 bumper is slightly wider than the coupe's and the sedans due to the M3's having larger front guards but the coupe's bumpers fits sedans... not very well though and vis versa for the other way round
-
coupe's have bigger guards than the sedans so your M3 bumper made for the sedans wouldn't fit on the coupes

Stanceworks Style Video BMW M3 - Shot in Auckland
dreadful1 replied to fred_'s topic in General Discussion
Awesome video! as a stanceworks style video, I was expecting at least 1 scene with burning rubber haha -
I thought this car could out accelerate any other car? Should of checked his rear view mirror
-
Sad to see such an awesome car crashed... Any link on the story to that?
-
Was going to chiropractor haha! and those are CSL reps in 5 series offsets Wish they were real but real CSL would cost probably half my arms...
-
+1 on the brakes, makes changing pads and rotors a nightmare to the wallet. Got quoted on Brembo slotted front rotors and they are 250 + GST a pop..
-
The car isn't 1998, its 1993, He listed it wrong...

Sold my E36 couple of months ago and now it's back on trademe like this o.O http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/...n-457619689.htm Would be good if it had a huge motor in it.

E21 clunking during each rotation
dreadful1 replied to dreadful1's topic in Brakes, Suspension & Steering
Fixed, indeed it was loose wheel nuts on the left hand side.. -
Hey, Was driving my E21 yesterday and then turned a corner relatively quick to get through the lights then about 200m down the road i start hearing and feeling a "clunk" every wheel rotation and it seems to be coming from the front right.. I got out to check it out but I couldn't see anything wrong, haven't had time to properly take off the wheels and look but does anyone know what would of caused this? I just had the bushes changed to poly at Glenn's so it wont be the bushings fault :S Thanks Yongxi

You can get bagged suspension for racing? Does anyone know if this lambo has that or just stock bags, would be =\ if it was just average bags.
-
Yep, I was into them for a little while, only just the foam planes though, wood was too expensive to learn on and crash. Great fun flying RC, you do so much with an RC that you can't do in real flying haha. I found it quite difficult flying RC compared to real flying due to the perspective factor haha and using a remote instead of a control column. I just have a little foam electric cessna 182.. but those extras must be amazing!

They got money, they do what the hell they want. If I had lots of money, I would do some pretty 'stupid' stuff with cars just for the sake of it ha.

I wonder if those are a pair of fake pipes out the back...
-
Nice coupe, I think you posted the same picture as your first one in the post?
-
Apparently, Stanceworks got those coilovers custom'd so you could lay your frame on the ground/ have it low enough to look good as well as handle well on the track without being afraid of your springs being not captive.

Who "supervises" their car when its being worked on?
dreadful1 replied to shaneg's topic in General Discussion
I tend to always supervise my car if I take it to somewhere I don't trust, thats why I take to to Glenn for work on cars as I trust in his team 100% to do a good job and same with jono for tyres. -
I agree on the rake, I find e36's looks best with bit of rake so guard gap in front and rears are the same

looking nice man! I still remember when you first opened up! your business has really expanded over the years. Good luck!
