Thats what a lot of people on this site are complaining about. To get them made in Germany is a hell of a lot cheaper (but illegal)If you want euro style plates then contact Ollie and get a set of the bimmersport "euro type" plate surrounds. Keep your regular plate, put on these surrounds and they look like euros.

Looks like I might have had some luck with my gmail account. Google have sent a message to my partners Orcon email account but I can't get in there until she gets home from the Ellerslie races with her password.

This is your BMW leaving it's mark. On a serious note, check your oil levels first and if they are alright then take it to a BMW service centre and get it checked out

I can't get into either account to be able to change anything. And I'm expecting important business emails

That was the first thing I did but he's not answering his phone. Must be busy or in a meeting.

I have contacted them and they want $75.00 to advise me on how to fix it. They are as bad as the scammers.

Probably some dirty Nigerian scammer

Some ba***rd has hacked both my hotmail and gmail accounts and it seems, changed the passwords. Does anyone here know how to fix this?

Happy Birthday Josh. Don't worry about getting older, just remember that life's like a good wine, it gets better with age.

That's about $75,000 in NZ. What would such a nice genuine rarity as this fetch here? Don't just say "What ever people are prepared to pay", what would YOU be prepared to pay to have this parked in your garage? (Money no object, just won lotto.)

I'm not sure the speaker size in the X5, but I replaced the 51/4" speakers in the foot wells of my E36 with equivalent sized Nacamichis which have a phenominal bass response. I do use a sub however I can switch the sub off and still get great bass from just the Nacmichis. Apologise for the spelling.

It is a 4kph tolerance which in my opinion is far too low. Dam it, a hell of a lot of speedo's have more than a 4kph variation on actual speed and that's in new cars. My speedo is about 5kph slower than the speed shown on my GPS. The fact that I have 18" wheels probably accounts for this and I will have to travel 5ks below the speed limit this weekend. Bugga!

Just spoken to Mark (1Rotty) and yes he is a bit pissed that he didn't buy it. He had asked for time to research the numbers but was to late. He should have brought it coz at $7,500 it was still a good buy even if it turned out to be just an E30 M325 TechII especially with a B3 motor.

What's wrong with your fluro greens Peter? Have you gone off them already.

The last set of tyres on my car were Yokohamas and I found them to be rather noisy. If you want tyre advice then ask zenetti (johno). he's the local authority on tyres.

It is far better to go to a BMW service centre for an inspection. Car Inspection Services are fine when it comes to your run of the mill car, but BMW's are a little different. An inspection by someone who is very familiar with what you are buying will give you a good idea of the quality of the vehicle and what future problems you might encounter. One note, BMW's are NOT overly expensive to maintain contrary to the general opinion. If you keep it well maintained, it will give you years of happy motoring. Best of luck in your purchase.

The automobile driving manual says the average driver's reaction time is: .75 seconds or 1 car length for every 10mph. Test your average reaction time. Be careful this can be addictive! You will be surprised at how slow you really are http://www.bbc.co.uk/science/humanbody/sle...on_version5.swf
