I've been doing a brake change on my car this morning and naturally had the tyres off. Last week I notice I had a slow leak in the tyre so I filled it up and was going to have a look at it today... Here's the photo's of what I found.

Interesting trend... All of them were on Treasure Island. Either they found a hidden lab/crop there or they had far too much time on their hands discussing illegal activities.

That's the rumour floating around work too. I'm sure it will eventually come out. I like the report on the front page of the paper - "The judge read the names and asked if these were the people he was thinking of".

I was at the last NZPC Dyno day and there was a guy in a 328 with nos. He ran 120hp at the wheels then hit the button and it went to 160hp at the wheels. I didn't it was too over the top and the install was very subtle.

We stumbled across this shop in Christchurch. I can't remember what the shop was called but it had some amazing cars in there. The F40 was my favourite but there were some vintage Jag's too. Wicked selection of car memoribilia, old and new.

I personally went for the full face with a visor. It's a little bit hotter BUT if you do have a crash it would protect your chin/face a bit more. I did a fair bit of drag racing in my old Honda and have the odd dabble on go karts on a friends farm. As said above, make sure it fits and don't bother with second hand.

The Audi Quattro shape is hella cool. Our neighbour has one each of the old shape and newer shape - both immaculate in red. There is an RS2 but it's an avant... I believe they're single turbo with some Porsche goodies on them. They're pretty damn rare and priced accordingly. Mum has an S4 Avant and her friend has the RS4, they're fantastic cars. I've been thinking about a 1.8T Quattro A4 for the next car. Audi RS2

I'm running on Jamex springs with 215/17/45 and I've got rubbage on the inner guard but it only happens on full lock when parking - so not very often. It's just one of those things - for every action...

That's a beautiful car. On a side note, what are those tyres like to drive on in the wet? I'm currently looking for new tyres for my mums S4 wagon. They look like the business in the dry.

I have an E36 sedan and 5.25's will slot in nicely. They're the right size and won't require any drastic modification.

Holy sh*t that's bad. I'd say by looking at that he got some pretty severe facial burns... Extremely pathetic response to the driver though. He was lying on the ground and the safety guys were farting round with the car!?!?!?! Where was this?

Words don't describe how much I would love to be there in those cars. The M5 and the new RS4... :bounce: I do think it's one thing I will have to do in life is make a trip to Germany, see the Nur and go on the Autobahn.

Yeah I heard about it. It's ridiculous. If I was a fan I would have done more than throw cans on the track. The amount of money you spend on an F1 ticket for them to go and do that... On a flipside - look what it took for Schumacher to win his first race in a while. It was a result of the tyre manufacturer being unable to guarantee the safety of the tyres???

Did you watch Mr Deeds after Top Gear? Wicked Awesome gave it away...JC is a top bloke, I'd love to have his job. I do wonder about some of his opinions sometimes on the cool wall but in general he knows what he's talking about. The Aerial Atom was insane. The sound of the supercharged VTEC was awesome and the way it handled... WOW. Sundays are great for motorsport, it starts off early afternoon with Shell Helix, then there's Top Gear and straight after that is Import X on C4. I think Import X is far better than NZPC TV.

I'd love that thing. Looks alright and would go like stink. I'm a big fan of those motors.

Looks very nice, I had a good look at it last time I was at Euro Spares. Looking at your muffler though... If you shortened it wouldn't you get a lot more black soot/heat marks on your nice new rear end?

Due to not wanting oil running through the car that's why you see them mounted infront of the windscreen on old school cars.Yes gauges get nicked, they're a smash and grab item as opposed to a stereo taking a little longer to take. It's opportunist thieves, they see something they want, smash and it's gone.

I was just going to ask what the price difference was. I currently run my was on 96 so would be interesting to run that down and use 98 for a couple of tanks.In my old Prelude it came running on 91, I changed to 98 and holy hell the difference was noticeable.

There's a few 'new' E36 listings on TradeMe. One was selling one of those carbon fibre dash overlays and there is a guy selling E36 strut braces.
