+1 x 100%A lot of public reaction on radio today asking why is it that we get this massive outpouring of government & police politicking when 1 cop gets threatened when this BS has been escalating for years. Like most things I'm sure its only a small(ish) % that are total f**kwits. Stomp hard on the little turds-the police already have laws to do it but I doubt they have the manpower.

I've got a K&N panel in mine & yes I do think it makes a small improvement in responsiveness & yes definitely worth the money.From what I read its not advisable to put pod filters on-lets in too much crap apparently.You can download the owners manual in PDF file-do a google.If I can find it on my pc I'll PM you the link. If you want your car to sound knarly the cheapest way is to remove the resonator at the back & just replace with straight pipe-my mate just did on his m-sport & cost around a hundy at a shop-sounds cool but not obtrusive. If you want to go a step further you can check out my DIY in my albums. Yes you can retro PDCs but why? Believe me theyre a pain in the a...e!! When I had my 740 I did 2 things every time I jumped in---Turn off the EDC & turn off the PDC

+ 1 eh Glenn LOLEDC-electronic damper control-there will be a button marked as such under the obc-it lets you select comfort or sport mode on your suspension-it defaults to "comfort" .Give it a bang-you'll notice the difference-report back! IMO 18s are the way to go.The 19s just make the ride too hard with no performance gain & to me they just look toooo big. For a really good tire-continental conti sport are the bomb----if you can stand 700+ each which is why mine is still running on tha spare after blowing one!!! haha.

Hey Glenn as i said in my post its a big friendly FAST giant......sorry i agree it aint a sports car in the wigglies although considering its the size of a small cathederal they aint bad, I drove a msport 540 before i bought this one and that was really quite precise very different feeling car.......shame it was a guttless tired dog..would have loved it otherwise........re handling 540 guys........to save me learning the hard way i.e putting on its roof, if you enter a corner on or near the limit in one of these cars power off or on normally will they tend to naturally oversteer/understeer.......ive owned lots of four wheel drive and front wheel drive cars before and know exactly what to expect of it on the limit........normally lots of understeer......unless you provoke some violent liftoff oversteer ;-) So suppose what im asking is how will it react?............dont say badly u buggers!!! cheers Deano If yours has EDC the handling will much softer & less precise than an M-sport. You would have to be a maniac to flip one of these-keep the traction control on & keep power on thro bends altho having said that the ASC will help you if you do lift off. I'm lucky in that mine has m-sport suspension so i'm spoiled but while i've enjoyed some nice fast windy runs I cant imagine getting it anywhere near the limit on a public road.I'll save that for a track day some time You could always put Bilsteins or similar on it & then you could really get into all those cool roads you've got up there

Easy to spot-will have Haaman on 1 spoke2nd hand worth maybe 4-5k depending on condition-makes $14k look pretty good.

If it checks out with no major issues & is as tidy as it looks then $14k is definitely a good price. Mate of mine just paid $20k for one-less miles but no Haamans(they are GOLD)

Mines on Continental 245/40/18's & they're great-tons of grip wet & dry,very little road noise.

Just north of Taupo,mid winter,tired after return trip to Ak.Completley unexpectedly the arse went out,3 maybe 4 180s ploughed backwards into a bank.Very white faced brother says WTF,opens the door,hops out & falls flat on his bum.Black Ice + 7 day old Cosworth + around 170ks. Dumb?-very,Fun?-sh*t Yes!!! Most embarrasing.Had an old 911T & 360'd it from a standing start at a major intersection in Brisbane. Fortunately I'm now much older,smarter & a better driver. Yep,we've all done it.
